AT&T Store

My dad was in town for a visit & his phone was having a lot of issues. We headed to the nearby AT&T store for an upgrade since he had purchased his current phone there the last time he was in town. Moe was amazing! He is the definition of what customer service is all about! Thank you for all your help Moe! Truly appreciate it.

The AT&T Team Members were all very friendly, helpful, and focused on doing right by us! We were assisted by Moe and he made everything sound so on sale and appealing that we went in for 1 iPhone and left with 2 iPhones and 2 Apple Watches! The day after, I have a few follow-up questions about my new products / plan, but I feel like part of the family and look forward to revisiting after work for more help!

John and Moe were extremely helpful and even stayed late to make sure my new phone and Apple watch were working properly!

I came in with a busted phone, and I left with a brand new phone and a lower monthly payment. John helped me get proper trade-in value for my old iPhone and upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro, helped with a new phone case and screen protector, and got all of my data transferred over to the new phone promptly.

Walked into store and Moe was able to take care of all our issues that we had. He's awesome!
We had ordered new android phones and they didn't come assembled and no documentation and the customer service rep was no help even after being on hold for 90 minutes. We also had ordered new DirectTV streaming and the remote doesn't work for the physical Toshiba TV features. More indicated how we could insert ma n ually our model thst should help! Enough appreciation cannot be said for how Moe's answered our question with ease. Thanks Moe.

This location is open later than their AT&T competitors and they are super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Rivan went above and beyond helping me with what I came in for. I left with a new iPhone, faster internet, and my AT&T bill cut in half! They will definitely get all of my phone and internet business from now on!

Moe helped us out with upgrading a phone and he was great to work with. Made sure we were comfortable with everything. 5 stars.

Rivan was extremely helpful and kind helping us with our personal phone upgrades and helped our company save money on protection plans. Moe was awesome. He helped me as much as he could and obviously wanted the best deal for his customers. I don’t know how much he is getting paid but he deserves a 1.5 million dollar salary. I absolutely loved the experience and suggest this store over any other AT&T stores.

Had a great experience working with Moe in this store. My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones this weekend and he got us all set up. There was a brief outage in the AT&T system during our upgrade, but Moe continued to find a workaround for us to make sure we walked away with our new phones that day. We've worked with other people in this store previously who have been great too, so I recommend this location for great service.

Rita was amazing. She was able to save me a good amount of money on my current bill from Verizon and got me a s23 ultra. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Awesome service, very well trained, and knowledgeable sales reps.
