7-Eleven

I go to this store pretty regularly on my way to work in the mornings, and Frenchie is always so bright and makes my day to see her!

Instead of going to Dunkin & Donuts across the street for my coffee I go to this 7-Eleven, the reason why is because of the people that work there like Ali and the rest of the staff. They are friendly and genuinely nice people that keep the store clean, stocked and coffee is always freshly made and multiple choices are always available. They say its the people that make the business and I truly believe that is the case here. Just wanted to give credit where it is due, thank you!

We live nearby, and frequently go to this shop for our snacks and such. The man who I can only assume is the owner is the friendliest worker I’ve ever met! Every interaction is more than pleasant.
Additionally, the store is extremely clean, organized, and always fully stocked. Superb in comparison to other convenience stores!

Of all the 7/11s in the area this one is by far the cleanest and most well stocked. The owner Ali and staff are extremely nice and well organized. The coffee was tasty and the hot food was delicious!!! Will be coming back!!!! 😃

Customers will find a helpful and happy work crew. I look forward to a big bear claw and large coffee. I like to start my day with an energy treat, as I drive to work.

Incorrect hours

All I can say is wow... I was over charged. No big deal till I showed the receipt and that I was over charged and the lady was absolutely 💯 rude as he!! All I asked for was the extra pop she over charged. She could not even comprehend she made a mistake. The other gentleman that was there was very nice and let me get my pop and she had to add enjoy when I was.on my way out the door... humans make mistakes... how she reacted to her mistake is unreal. I bought two pops... 2 for 4 dollars 1 ruby red 1 regular....

6-24-2022. I entered the store at 1:45p and ordered a pizza. The attendee rang me up for $7.99. Before they put the pizza in the oven I noticed that two slices go for $1 so I requested the discount which would bring my total to $4. They told me that because the special is time limited and starts at 1p and they usually get off their shift at 2p that they usually just forget about it and then they looked at me like that should satisfy me. I started to get upset but kept my cool as their replacement came in for their shift, who told me they would take care of it. After handing me $4 and what I thought was my whole pizza I went on my way. When I reached my destination and went to eat my lunch is when I noticed that I had only received half a pizza… On top of all that silliness, I was never offered a receipt and when they went to refer to it the first attendee proclaimed that they had lost it… I had only been there a few minutes at that point! How daft can you be? Needless to say I will never return to this location unless something changes. I’ve been going to 7 Eleven all my life and never have I ever had to deal with such terrible customer service.

8/7/22 update: It's been 3 years of complaining and this store still can't keep their Slurpee machine running. Well, Speedway has Slurpee's now and their machine actually works. Good bye 7-Eleven.

6/13/22 update: No Coke Slurpee's AGAIN. This store is pathetic.

5/5/22 update: How are we ever going to get to Mars when these guys can't keep a Slurpee machine running. Maybe they need new ownership.

6/8/21 update: No Coke Slurpee's again so I left. Nice to see nothings changed over the years.

10/24/19 update: This 7-Eleven still hasn't figured out how to keep a Slurpee machine running.

5/4/2019 update: They still haven't figured out how to fix their Slurpee machine. 3 out of 8 flavors not working again.

How hard is it to keep a Slurpee machine running? Every other time I go to this location for a Coke Slurpee, it's not working.
