I visited the other day and was greeted by the most delightful worker. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me and was attempting to do more than offer excellent service- add value to my day.

I was dropping off Amazon returns. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. Toward the end of our interaction he reminded me that they’re available for various printing services- like photos. I appreciated the reminder about a helpful service I may not have considered. I can’t speak for everyone who works here, but if they’re anything like him- you need to use this store for your packaging needs.

I stopped in to ship a package & do an Amazon return. Friendly & fast service. Clean store & easy parking.

This store is the most reliable UPS store I've gone to nationwide. They're always clean, organized knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It's easily accessible and always quick and efficient. I've never had an issue in all the years going to this location. Perfect model for a franchise.

There was quite a long one, but the guys working kept it moving quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

Rushed here after work on a Tuesday and the gentleman at the desk was immensely helpful and polite. The whole process was smooth and quick and I greatly appreciated it!

The customer service is top notch and there’s always multiple people available to attend to you. They also stock a variety of shipping items for your convenience.

I recommend using them for all your shipping needs and packing supplies. They have never failed to deliver-pun intended.

I was in the Berea Location a couple of days ago. The guy that helped me was James. He was young and was great. He was helping someone on the phone and me at the same time. But gave us both full attention and helped me with everything and gave me all the information I needed. He is a really great employee! Thank you for the great service!

Since new ownership I have always had such a pleasant experience every time I come in. Wonda (I believe was her name) is always so kind, inviting and gets to the point of the service. Awesome staff here. Keep up the great work!

Always very polite everytime I've been there.

I hate shipping things, I hate packaging things. I always get nervous that I won't pack it safely and it'll get ruined in transit. The UPS Store in Berea has been extremely helpful and professional in assisting me in my shipping needs. Huge shout out to Abe for his professionalism and amazing packaging skills, he's helped me out a couple times now and I couldn't be happier. Even better those who have received items from me have been extremely happy with the packaging of the products.

I shipped three big heavy boxes of different sizes from Ohio to Florida. Chose the cheapest way and in 2 and a half days they arrived at there destination! I was pretty amazed by that alone seeing that I though ground took at least a week. Tha boxes were packed by me really well and when they arrived it was just like I packed it. Without saying what I shipped I will say everything works! So I only have good things to say about the way it all worked out.

Competent friendly staff that is able to take care of my shipping, copying and other business needs. As a former owner of one of these stores, I understand how busy you can get and how much you need to know on all the different services. I appreciate the business and that they can fill my needs.

Had to return cable equipment, went in with paperwork and asked how to proceed, the customer rep told me what he was doing to process it, gave me instructions to complete it, was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Thank you! Sue

I visit The UPS Store on Bagley Road over a dozen times a year. The staff is so helpful. They answer all my questions, always provide receipts, explain store services and HELP carry my boxes! All with a smile. A pleasure using their services!
