Such friendly, helpful, and nice staff!! Also love that Home Depot is dog friendly bc it’s been a life saver for dog walks these past couple weeks!!!

Great customer service. We got what we came for and the associate helped us find it quickly. We had trouble at the self-checkout but another associate got our gift card processed

Jonathan W. In outdoor lawn & garden went far above and beyond in assisting me with my search for the coveted 12’ tall skeleton. He even called back because initially when I called he said he didn’t see any, & after that phone call found one and called me back to let me be aware. By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been looking for this product for well over a year calling many many other Home Depot’s and getting little help or sense of care from the other associates I talked to. Also to mention Gino was helpful in directing me when I arrived in store & with loading my purchase onto my vehicle. Lisa H. Checked me out and was very personable and helpful in asking me if I wanted a protection plan & explaining it very clearly. & yes I did in fact buy it- it’s legit worth buying. Thank you all for your superb customer service from one highly satisfied customer.

Well let me just say what a GEM Robert is that works in appliances an self checkout. This man went above and beyond with customer service. I haven't had that kind of service in years. I am beyond impressed.

Great store. Helpful and courteous employees. That's important because I never know where anything is that I need.

No one really likes to have to rent a rug scrubber (and if you do more power to you) but I believe I am in the majority when I say the dread of renting one and then realizing the work you have to put in after you rent it/bring it home....can seem exhausting, but not this time around.

While I still had to do a lot of work, the experience I had with the rental team made the process MUCH easier.

I started my day with Chris and Harley (Harley thank you for your service) and it was a pleasant one, I was already dreading it and the weather didn't help but the friendly attitude, the kindness, and the one-on-one customer service I received from both of these gentlemen made for the start of a tough day, just a little bit easier. I felt welcomed and understood and I left there knowing what I was doing and felt confident enough to take on the project.

Thank you Chris and Harley, you two made my morning.

Then after a long day of scrubbing, I came into a wonderful, light hearted, happy workplace - where the team of Shantel, Jakarta (Supervisor) and Tim made the drop off just as easy and personable as the pickup.

Honestly, you can tell that Jakarta creates a great work atmosphere and the team just illuminates customer service and a positive workplace.

These is my 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up for the rental team here at Home Depot. I will be coming back for years to come, and I am grateful for the experience, especially for a not-so-fun chore I had to do.

Thank you, Chris, Harley, Jakarta, Shantel, and Tim - your service was impeccable and I challenge other departments at this Home Depot to match the outstanding attitude and customer service you provided.

They can be helpfull and cheerfull if you try. Love this store.

Excellent variety, helpful staff, and unique products that I often have never thought of. I find interesting things here, like most recently some baskets that fit on a pegboard wall. It's a niche product in my opinion, but very cool to find and it worked perfectly for my needs.

I love home depot, and it's services. Which is why I hope they will stop their youth employees from hanging out in the trimmer aisle by the rental and using foul language so loosely amd loud enought for my children to hear.Thank you.

Robert ID# RJB342Z in appliances went over & above on every level to help when our freezer broke just after 8pm this past Friday night. Needed some guidance & an in stock item asap!
Extremely friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable & efficient in every manner! True professional! Home Depot should consider themselves very lucky to have such a outstanding employee!

I genuinely get so disappointed with hardware stores and while this time wasn’t much different I have to say thanks to Janet and Bianca I actually had a successful trip.

Janet went out of her way to assist me and Bianca went above and beyond to get me the tools I needed to help my mother in her quest to hang a very heavy macramé pot!

I wish the staff at Home Depot would stop being so “judgmental” when you see people come through the door, even though I’m not a contractor I am still someone who enjoys hardware and working with her hands.

If it wasn’t for Janet and Bianca I would have walked out and made a terrible review.

Staff here at this Home Depot Location is very nice and helpful. Clean overall on the inside and easy to get to.

Store has always been easy to deal with. Staff has always been helpful. Nothing to complain about.

They had the unusual batteries we needed

Just recently, I went to this Home Depot to pick up an online order and was complimented by a young man with blond hair. He was very nice and helpful. Also, a young man with a chicken Alfredo name was good to my daughter

It’s Home Depot like many others, set up the same way as the rest. Clean inside and out with great customer service from knowledgeable people that are willing to help.

I have had to rent equipment from this location multiple times now. After visiting other retailers in the area my experience at The Home Depot has proven to be superb. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful... even if it means lugging a heavy piece of equipment out to my truck with me.
