AT&T Store

I needed to get a new phone today along with a plan that I could afford. Josh helped me tremendously! Got me a great deal on a new iPhone 15, and answered all my questions I had! Was super nice and patient! I Highly recommend this place!

Hi,

I had a charging port problem with my Samsung ..

I was very upset as I had everything in my phone- alarm, sentimental photos ,videos
Of my parents who have passed irreplaceable

Was feeling very discouraged

I work close to this store so I went in
From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty...

Another customer was there and they had excellent service as well

I believe the staff's names were Josh and Archie..

It was decided that my phone was on its last legs ..time to get a new one...

I felt no pressure to buy the most expensive
phone ... I decided on the Samsung 23

So all of my favorite pics, videos etc were transferred without a hitch ... much to my relief..

As a nurse for many years I know how to help people...

It was so nice to have caring people taking care of me when I needed help

The day I was at the store was Thursday Sept 21st after 4pm ...just in case I got the names wrong

I think its important to give positive feedback.. especially in today's world

Awesome customer service from a kind young man named Archie!! He was very polite and professional! He changed my broken screen protector… 6 out of 5 stars!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and went from the iPhone X to the iPhone 13 pro max. Sami was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me the best deal with their promotion. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The rep at the Berea location was amazing! Extremely helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and fantastic at what he does. I will definitely refer any family and friends to the Berea, OH AT&T store.

My family switched over from sprint to at&t this past November. The store manager at that time was Sam. We have had numerous problems with billing and service interruptions from the beginning. Tonight we went to the store because once again our phones were cut off due to no fault of our own. We arrived at 5 minuets to close and were told that Sam is no longer employed there. The new manager, Geo Herlelandy, took over an hour to help restore our phones and start to fix several other issues we had. He is knowledgeable and patient and pretty much restored my faith in AT&T.

Every time we have gone to an AT & T store (not this one) we have never gotten out in less than 2 hours. Gwen sold us a new phone and switched over another one in less than 40 minutes-would have been quicker if I could have remembered my pass word. she was very professional and understanding.Would give her 10 stars if I could

I’ve been a ATT customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded with 2 iPhone 8 & the old manger Sam completely ruined our bill & was charging me for 800& a month. Went in & spoke to the new manger geo ! He was helpful & so attentive . Made the right changes & now I’m one happy customer. Thank you soo much !

Words cannot even express how happy I am this store removed the prior store manager, Ryan, and put Abe in his place!! Not only is Abe amazing, but the sales Manager, Echo, is fantastic!

Staff was very helpful with setting up my new phone greeted me as soon as I arrived, very fast and efficient service. We're able to switch my information from my phone to the new phone very quickly and was very satisfied with the service.

Best store around. They take their time, they have personalities and know what they are doing. My family and I love going to see this store over other locations because they listen to me and get me what I need with little wait time. They even offered to set up my car Bluetooth. That's service! I just happened to be in Berea after dropping off my cousin at the airport and I realized that I needed to get a new cell phone and notice that there was an AT&T store I stopped in and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Gwen and Jack and I'm really happy about my new cell phone I would recommend that anyone that happens to be in Berea and needs a new cell phone make sure that you stop in the AT&T store and ask for Gwen and Jack I'm so pleased with my service I'm going to be buying them lunch real soon!

Jon at AT&T does a phenomenal job. He patiently answers questions and does whatever is in the customer's best interests.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, it was a great time and very professional, those authorized retailers really know how to sell a phone and that kyle sure knows how to put on a phone screen cover will be returning to update my phone
