Starbucks

My husband and I came in to get a latte. This Starbucks is so nice and clean. The sun was coming in the windows and all the staff was very friendly. This is our favorite Starbucks. Great experience!

Very friendly workers, rarely mess up orders, narrow on the inside as they share the building with Chipotle but still ample space to chill or do work and it's mostly always clean. If ya like SB, this location is highly recommended.

I am not a coffee drinker at all but my wife is. Since having moved to Berea, she has been quite happy with this starbucks location. While it does tend to be quite busy, the lines move fairly quickly and every staff interaction she has had has been pleasant.

One of her favorite Starbucks in the general area for sure.

Very fast service. Got my order right. Not much more to say. I always get the venti caramel crunch. No line when we showed up thankfully. No cake pops this time for me tho lol!

5 shots of espresso in a venti blonde with sugar, cream and caramel... on ice. I guess you just can't go wrong with the intake of caffeine and sugar when going to Starbucks. Definitely got me going that day and the customer service was good. Fast and friendly service. They were out of the white chocolate but the customer service made up for it.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The crew here is always such a delight. I wish I remembered more names to give shout outs but Devan is always great and helpful!

The staff were so friendly and considerate. My wife had gotten stung by a bug and was looking at the bite. A few staff came over to ask if she was ok and then offered a bag of ice for the sting. It wasn't obvious so that they noticed was really good awareness from them. Great experience and great staff!

The baristas here are always sweet, my order has NEVER been wrong. This in itself is huge for me since I have to return 70% of my drinks from my hometown location because they don't use soy when I order it. I have returned my drinks to this location multiple times, I travel for work, and they're always great about it. Anytime I know I'll be in this area, I wait to get my coffee for the day.

This was the best Starbucks we’ve ever been to! We were visiting the area for a swim meet and went through two mornings in a row. The lovely people that took our orders and greeted us were so sweet and friendly! It made a rough early morning in an unfamiliar area much better. Thank you! Hope to come through for next year’s meet! :)

There was a girl there named Claire that was an amazing help to us when my son spilled my coffee. She cleaned up the mess even though I offered to do it myself and she had the amazingly nice girls behind the counter make me a new one. If she wasn't a manager, she should be. But I will say, all the girls there today were amazing and so nice. Thank you so much girls. Lots of love from our end. Best Starbucks I've been to.

This is my hometown Starbucks and I love them. Great staff and so fast!! I love like 3 min away. I'll order for pickup and they apologize if I get there and it's not done but it's only a minute wait if I do have to! And considering how busy their mornings are, I find it truly impressive! They are always friendly and helpful. I especially the blonde brew. I'm actually not a huge fan of their standard. I've become a real addict. LOL I am sad that they got rid of their only gluten free option for a breakfast sandwich. It was delicious!! But it was also EXTREMELY expensive. Ah well. I'll stick to the coffee! (BTW - price cheat: just order brewed coffee with cream and your flavoring and it's like half the price!)

I never tried their sausage, egg, cheese, muffin before. Did not have time for a restaurant breakfast so we thought we'd give Starbucks a try. I've got to say this is a true winner! If you're used to the drive thru, treat yourself to a better breakfast sandwich, add a cappuccino and you're in heaven!

This is the 1st Starbucks location in my last 7 visits that actually got my order right, so I am giving you 5 stars! I thought maybe it was very challenging to ask for sandwich without an ingredient on it, however you guys were able to pull it off without me even reminding you. Thank you so much for not only doing it correctly, but in a friendly manner!

Always smiling, friendly staff! The only time I ever have to wait for my beverage is when I get a nitro cold brew, because they wait to make it until you are there so you get the full effect of the foam. Mobile order and pickup inside is where it's at! No waiting in drive through lines!

Every time I order here, the staff are very friendly and very competent. But today they really went over the top! Because it was busy and new people were being trained, part of my order was slower to come out than usual. Not only did everyone in sight apologize and get the order out, they offered me store credit! Thank you to the staff here!!

Fast service. The server was very patient with my granddaughter. It was her first time ordering for herself and using a gift card. He was very nice and treated her like she was very important to him.

Favorite starbucks. I don't like chain shops, but customer service has always been the exception. BRAVO to the team there! Although the coffee in general is not my favorite, your attitudes are.
