Café Ah Roma

As I arrived for the 1st time into this business, I was greeted with a warm and seemingly genuine welcome! I perused the menu and selected the hot peach tea and an everything bagel. Both were top notch! Tea was perfect temperature and taste! The bagel was out of this world good! I will definitely return and bring my family and friends!

Me and my friends came here for tea as soon as we came in the vibes and atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The place is livley and welcoming. The tea and croissant's are amazing.

Wow! The Ah Roma bagel sandwich has been the bagel sandwich I have been searching for! So amazing everything is cooked MTO so everything is warm and delicious. Seriously, I’m mad at myself for not discovering this place sooner. I do wish they did have a larger breakfast sandwich selection. But honestly this has been an incredibly amazing breakfast discovery. Inside was incredibly warm and had tons of local flavor. I will be back. Great job guys keep up the amazing work!!!

This is a unique, privately owned coffee shop. Though their prices are average, most things, including ingredients, are made in house, and their mocha recipe is amazing.

I’ve been eating at Cafe a Roma since as far as I can remember (5 years old) and I always get the same a Grilled Cheese with American cheese on White Bread and a Pickle I just ate here around 25 minutes ago Got my order and as usual it was amazing and in my opinion This is the Best Grilled Cheese I’ve ever had ever and For $3.89 it’s a steal Cafe a Roma is the best food place in Berea.

Friendly staff, great coffee, nice atmosphere!

Very nice people work here. They make good coffee and great latte. Many vegan options. I often ride my bicycle here with my friends for a coffee in the morning and we always had a good time in this Café! Definitely me and my friends will come back here again!

Skip Panera, go here instead! I was in Berea for a few days and needed a place to do remote work on my laptop for several hours. This place came up with my search for coffee shops and I'm so glad it did. Right from the start I knew I'd found myself a local gem!

The staff here are clearly well-trained, very friendly, and enjoy what they do. Lots of young people who know what they are doing and know a lot of the regulars who come in daily or weekly. The man who I assume is the owner/manager is also behind the counter in the morning, serving customers and chatting up everyone.

The coffee here reminded me of the coffee from my favorite place back home, so naturally I approve of that! While here I had a breakfast sandwich on a tomato-basil bagel, as well as a turkey wrap with fire feta, a ham and cheese on brioche, and a chicken salad wrap (which is a specialty recommended to me by the owner/manager). All of it was delicious! Everything was light and fresh and ready in 5 minutes.

For three days in a row I took up a window seat with an outlet, working on my laptop for about 6 hours. Lots of people came and went, lots of locals, lots of students and professors (who the staff knew from the college). Some people worked, did homework, others just chatted or grabbed their stuff to go. At peak business around 11-12, they had two people taking orders and were still churning them out in 5-10 minutes.

I'm not sure when I'll be in Berea next, but I'm coming here when I am. I love this place and I wish there was a place like it in my hometown!

Staff is always so friendly and nice. Coffee always tastes fresh, and the food is always great too! Great place to sit and work/study/read.

I grew up in Berea and went here as a teen when it first opened. 20 years later I'm elated to see they're still here, thriving and providing such good coffees and food. Keep up the great work! Such wonderful staff both times I've visited this trip. Might make another before I go.

I’ve known that this cafe was here for years, but had never gone inside. I got off work and decided to just stop in and grab something before I went home, and now I stop there all the time. They have good coffee, tea, and reallly good breakfast bagels! Plus, the people who work there are always super nice and welcoming! If you’re looking for good coffee, or good food - this is a good place to go! The inside tables are nice and there’s also some tables outside!

A pretty frequent visitor of the cafe. Generally always have a good experience. Nice staff! Recently doing some little visual upgrades.

The cashier was very friendly and helped me with a wrap recommendation from the daily special. The prices here seem good, cheaper than a lot of what I see around other cities outside of Cleveland. The food was delicious, and this is the first time I had a decaf latte and it was actually surprisingly great! Bonus that it's located right by the metropark. Will definitely stop here next time I'm in Berea; would love to try their breakfast!

I really like this coffee shop. The coffee is very good, the people working are always so nice!!! Great place to take a friend, have a business meeting, or just grab a cup of coffee and hang out.

I came here on Labor Day and had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and thorough and got our order out very quickly. The bagels with fresh vegetable cream cheese were absolutely delicious and so were the lattes. I already loves this place but I’ll definitely be coming back sooner rather than later.

This is a lovely coffee shop. I was greeted with a warm welcome right when I walked in! The cashier was so helpful and friendly. Drinks were good (I got an iced coconut cream drink and my friend liked his hot green tea). It only took a few minutes to prepare. I’d love to stop back when I get the chance :)

I was also pleasantly surprised by their wall chalk board by the bathroom. I don’t see many coffee shops making a political statement but having those definitions is so important! :) hats off to you all. You’re doing the right thing

Always get a friendly and warm welcome. My personal fav is mocha latte and it is perfect! Lots of goodies to choose from and a great sense of humor.

Excellent coffee shop just off the Berea square. Can get busy at times and there can be limited parking in front (park by GE). Coffee is great and I enjoy the breakfast selection there as well.

I love this cafe , I’m a super young female still in middle school and I come here almost every other day. Prices are okay , food is great , service is 10/10. I sneezed and even the workers filling in tons of orders said bless you. I love it here , I come here to do school work. There bagels are amazing , perfect atmosphere for school or anything really. If your looking for a place to grab a bite or to get some stuff done, I 10/10 recommended you come here .
