Great staff there and good pricing. Unfortunately they only take cash, at least the Berea location. Seriously, who carries cash anymore? Anyway, we had a good run, but won't be going back there again.

Best kept secret in Berea for animal food, bird seed, and straw!! Staff is always super polite and helpful.

We visit every few months for their cat litter. Much cheaper but the same quality as the big box and specialty stores. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and always willing to load your car. I recommend this place to all friends and family who have cats, need pet bedding, or want to stock up on bird seed.

This is a good place to buy. Less headaches than going to the big box stores. Plus their mulch is much better, and not filled with carpenter ants like all the mulch I purchased elsewhere. Berea Farmers Exchange knows their products.. this saves time when looking for items. Definitely a five star rating.

I only wish there were MORE stars - the representatives went above and beyond any Customer Service I have ever encountered. My call was answered in Medina and the Berea store called me back a short time later and "apologized for missing my call, was there anything they could help me with or did I have everything I needed". Customer Service is a lost art today but Farmers Exchange has nailed it, I will return again and recommend to ALL my horse friends to shop only there for their grain and supplement needs. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience and see you again soon !

The employees are knowledgeable, caring, and very nice to the kids as well. They know their stuff and their prices beat anyone around, even tractor supply and pet supplies plus. We are so happy they opened their store in Berea!

We found this place by accident...We feed the birds and the squirrels at our place and they have everything we need at a reasonable price ...and the birds, deer and squirrels wipe out the feeders everyday meaning they like the seed mix they use. We also have a pellet burning stove but not many places to store pellets (40 lb bags) they offered to sell us a ton and we could just swing by and pick up what we needed when we needed...storage problem solved! Now...that alone deserves a 5 star rating...but because the are really nice and very friendly and will insist on loading your vehicle no matter what you purchase makes the Berea Farmers Exchange the best place for quality feed, quality customer service and best of all quality people taking care of the customers! This is the total quality package and I hope they are around for a long, long time!!!

A small store with plenty to offer anyone who has farm animals or just a nature lover such as myself. I buy deer food here during the colder months. Plus huge bags of birdfood. By doing this I help do my part in helping the animals the animals that are being pushed out of their homes and the added bonus is by feeding the birds they help keep the insects down in my woodsy yard. Added bonus the staff are Very friendly.

I shop at the Berea location. I love their price on cat litter 40 pounds for $7.99, but if you have a coupon from The Post, this brings it down to $6.99. What a great deal and so close to home!

The people are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are fantastic. They even put your items in your car .I live in North Royalton and go there at least twice a month.
