DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Great variety of shoes but I need to say how great Victor is! He was going out of his way to help a lil old lady and his feedback on my boots was honest n great! It's been a while since I've had such great service at a shoe store.

It was my first time at this location. I had called to ask if they had a shoe in the store with the correct size that I needed. They did and offered to put it on hold. During the call they were very polite. When I arrived the next day it was busy. The cashiers counter was loaded with cashiers and there were also staff on the floor. The staff were all kinds, had smiles and great customer service. Even tho the line was long for checkout, the line went fast and the cashiers were friendly at checkout.

The customer service at the Farmington Hills MI store was above and beyond anything I could've hoped for. They were so patient and kind, and did everything they could to make sure that I was taken care of. Just from talking to them on the phone and the short curbside pickup I will always go to this location! They are the best!

Never a disappointment! The manager brought me the shoes I wanted to exchange mine for & they even held my place in line when I went to try on a different pair. I also got to keep my original discount which technically I should not have transferred. The people that work here are always wonderful.

Debra was very kind to me. She went above and beyond my needs. The shoe they had was not in my size. She made sure that when i come back later in the week they will have my shoe at the store ready for me to purchase I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. There items are always great prices for great looking shoes. I will start going there anytime I need shoes

They remodeled when they moved to this location and the store is gorgeous. I didn't even feel like I was in a DSW. They did a really good job with this one. Nicest DSW I've ever been to. Even if you don't need shoes, you should still stop by just to check it out.

I always have a very pleasant experience at dsw shoes, the store is always clean and what I appreciate the most is the store arrangement it's very spacious and comfortable everything item is easy to find and the employees are accommodating, knowledgeable about the merchandise and very polite. DSW shoes by far is my favorite shoe store.

Awesome place very attentive to the customers Cierra was a true blessing a one employee i usually shop the lakeside DSW I will always come back to this location for the love I felt.

Their shoes collection is wide, and prices are convenient.
