They have a huge assortment of parts and accessories for pretty much any make or model. The pricing is very affordable. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very friendly and respectful, they want to help. I highly recommend this store for all of your auto parts needs.

Omg! I was having the worst possible day... Murphys law day if you would... and I needed parts to haul a boat back to the U.P of Michigan(legally). I was unbelievably short on funds and super budgeted but Kevin, Shirley and Bruce at the Autozone in Grand Ledge,MI were absolutely outstanding and beyond helpful and patient with my bad after bad after bad experienced day! Highly recommended to shop there for your auto and boat needs! Thank you guys so much for all your help and getting a smile on my face! Best customer service I've had in a SUPER long time!!!

I called and spoke to Logan about a battery in stock, and he was VERY PLEASANT, and said he would be there until 8pm. Once I arrived, he graciously greeted me and would have placed my new battery. Jerry assisted in installation of my new battery and Christian helped my friend with her purchase. ALL AROUND, EVERYONE WAS GREAT and I appreciate each of you!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was greeted upon entry and asked if there was anything that they could help me find. I gave them the information that was needed to find the part for my vehicle.... To make sure that you get the most accurate and correct part that you are looking for, I urge everyone coming here to please bring your vehicle registration from the Secretary of State, or the VIN number. With so many different types of vehicles and parts out there that little tip helps everyone involved. The parking lot and building were very clean and both were all wheelchair/handicap accessible.

All of the auto zone stores have been great to work with. If the part you need is not in stock, they will have it within a couple of days. They put my windshield wipers on the car for me and can read error codes on the car to diagnose any problems.

Had amazing service here. Came in to change my battery and Shelley was so kind and not only helped change the battery, but also made it a learning experience, which I greatly appreciate as I have little to no experience with cars. Will be coming back to this location in the future!

They had exactly what I needed (break change related items), service was super fast, not crowded, and the person working there when I went in was awesome. I've had multiple good experiences at this store and would definitely recommend it for auto parts in Grand Ledge.

The 3 times ive been to this particular autozone have been nothing but good... the employees are respectful and talk to you in a very calm voice. So you going in their angry because you just broke a part you werent supposed to and now have to replace it along with the other part makes your day a little calmer because they are helping you

I purchased a starter in Grand Rapids @ AutoZone on Eastern. About a week later it failed. I was in Lansing when this happened. I don't know a soul in Lansing and had no way to get the new starter. These guys stepped right up and drove the starter to me!! I installed it and was on my way. That's real service right there. Absolutely top notch. I will be forever grateful to them for what they did.

Great staff, clean store, very helpful, some parts aren't the best, but it's hit n miss, it's like ordering a pizza, u could get the same pizza every time but not every time is it gonna b the same, meaning some cheap parts only last as well as they can and the other cheap parts could outlast the vehicle itself,

These guys are a big help, even with my lawnmower! They have way more in stock than NAPA. And their hours are infinitely better. I'm a huge fan.
