AT&T Store

Had a nightmare of an experience with AT&T that is still continuing 36 hours in (and over 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service), but the staff at this store tried to patiently help me for over 2 hours (it still didn't work, but man, did they go to bat for me.) I have never been more disappointed in AT&T customer service for what I am going through but for the service in THIS store? I would give them my business all day every day.

I stopped into the store while on vacation and Hector was amazing. He was very tentative to mine and my families needs and also working with us within our budget. He listened to our needs and wants and He is so knowledgeable. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a cellphone company representative.

Dealing with Ashley in the Westport store is amazing she really is a top of the line customer rep and store manager. I was on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours with 611 help line trying to understand what was the matter with the Moxee wifi. The wanted to send me a new one and charge me sales tax for a replacement.. I hung up the phone and went into store she replaced the sim card in the Moxee and I was on my way less than 5 minutes . Thank you Ashley!!!!!!

Sales Rep Bianca, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely detail oriented and very quick and efficient in helping me upgrade and purchase 2 new phones and reconsider plan options. Bianca was polite and very pleasant to deal with too and gave excellent suggestions along the way. Terrific experience getting what I needed efficiently! Highly recommend asking for her assistance!

We came to this store after experiencing consistent difficulties with our device and plans over an extended period. Eric and Destiny at the store were just fantastic. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and now we are fully informed regarding the service and plan we signed up for! Additionally, Eric was kind enough to share information about certain digital devices that could seamlessly transmit information across devices in a secure fashion. Was dreading setting up a new business account. Hector the manager and Livia were informed, patient, and committed to getting my account setup even while working with multiple carriers and accounts that had to be transferred over. 5 star service and good people all around.

Paul delivered an incredible, positive customer experience to me on Friday evening at the Westport CT store when he helped me set up my new iPhone. I was dreading the "chore" of changing phones, but as a result of his courteous, professional and caring spirit, I left the store with my phone updated, and a smile on my face. I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Well done Paul!!

Ryan is the man, and really good at what he does. He helped my family and me with everything we needed (with above-and-beyond, highly personalized “service with a smile” to boot).

For many folks, ourselves included, a trip to the ‘phone/cell store’ can potentially be anxiety-inducing in certain situations; if you’re able to have Ryan assist you, you’ll walk out the door in a happier state than when you arrived. Five stars.

Salesperson Krystal provided one if the best retail experiences I've ever had. She is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. Great customer experience!!

I came into the Westport store to review my bill and get a new phone. Eric was a great help with this. I was able to make necessary adjustments to the bill and get a new iPhone 11. He was very thorough and extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend this store.

Dalimar is the best employee there! I would only ask for her. Not only is she kind, funny, and friendly, she does not rest until she resolves whatever problem you have. She stayed after hours with customer service to ensure that at&t did everything to fix my service- and by the end she fixed it! Highly recommend working with her!

I went to AT&T in Westport for a phone upgrade and came away very satisfied. Eric and Dali were great. Not only did they get me my upgrade they were able to look at my old plan, adjust to a new plan, and get me another phone upgrade without my bill going up. I have never been at a cell phone retailer where they were proactive in trying to help me. They did all of this with a smile and worked quickly. I would highly recommend them for any AT&T needs.

Our recent experience at the Westport AT&T store was excellent. Our rep, Bianca, was positive, helpful and skilled at juggling several customers at once without causing any one undo frustration. She also consulted with her manager, Rebecca, to help resolve all of our issues. We were completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend both young women.

One of the BEST!!!!This girl Dalimar has gone above and beyond for me today!! I was having the worst day and was trying to quickly activate my phone, from home, but was not able to. So i was hoping to have a quick experience at the AT&T store in Westport, CT. and get back to work. She wasn't even getting any sale from me. She stayed on the phone with customer service and got everything accomplished for me. I can't be more appreciative for her help. Definitely ask for her. The kindest, coolest ever!! Thank you!!

I went into this store because I had questions about switching from my Android to an IPhone and I spoke to Hector Ortiz and he was very knowledgeable about the questions I had. I am going back in a week to switch my phone over thanks for the in sight.

Fantastic service! They really helped me out with picking out a new phone for my wife and I. We’re not very tech savvy so they really took their time helping us getting set up and ready to go. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future AT&T needs.

Had an iphone problem and Tori was informative with what we needed to do to check it before going for an upgrade. We went home and tried it, but could see the iphone X was done. Funny how iphones tend to die after 24 months. In any case, went back and Tori was very helpful to quickly upgrade. His informative, calm demeanor was appreciated with a desperate college student without a phone. Eric also very helpful with a quick service change.
