JK's Restaurant

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. Both were equally delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

The Smile says it all, I was extremely satisfied, I order Small Fries & 2 Hot Dogs, 1 with Chili and the other with Chili, Bacon, & Coleslaw both exceeded my expectations, I definitely recommend this Restaurant.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Their food is great and always has been. The waitstaff was excellent since we had a toddler with us and needed a high chair. It was brought over to our table without even asking for it. Our waitress was great checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though we moved two towns away from JK's we will always go back when we can.

Soon as I bit into my burger I realized it was one of the best I'd had all year. This place was great, the food was fast and amazing, the staff was friendly and polite, and when I accidentally left my wallet on the counter they ran it right out. Come here if you want good American style food fast.

JK's is a great diner like place, it's hard to explain but diner is the best fit. The food is great, from the hot wieners to the club sandwiches, fries and slaw I was hooked from day one! This is our go to place when we want a good meal but not spend a ton or eat fast food. The service is great with a friendly wait staff and a very clean place. I highly recommend JKs!

Love jks!! Been going here since I was a kid. Any meal breakfast lunch or dinner they don't disappoint. Since the pandemic they have been opening at 10, I do wish they would start opening at 6 again, I used to be there right when they opened for breakfast. 👍👍👍

With so much of our food being canned, it's next to impossible to find a restaurant with home made corned beef hash. (Trust me, once you've had freshly made hash you'll never enjoy the pre-packaged stuff the same.)

Went to JK's specifically for their fantastic hash. It never disappoints! All their food is home made & it's all delicious.

The employees were equally wonderful! They went out of their way to assist with my husband's wheelchair. They wheeled him in, they moved a table to accommodate his chair and wheeled him back out.

It don't get no better than that!

This is a great place to dine at. They have a great menu and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can order any menu item any time that you would like. Prices are very good and you have to try their Texas hot weiners, they are fantastic. A varied group of people dine there and the staff and owners are great people.

Breakfast is served hot, eggs are cooked just as I like them and that's not so easy to do. I'm very fussy about my eggs. Great breakfast menu. Can't Be Beat. Staff is very hospital, and friendly. Great place to eat.

Everything was great. We have been going there since we were children and every chance I get I get me some hot dogs . This place is awesome

Great family styled restaurant with very friendly service and delicious food. They have something for everybody and their prices are very reasonable too.

Such a local staple. Do yourself a favor and grab a cheese steak with everything. We live across the country now but grew up going to JKs. Every time we come "home" we make it a point to stop at JKs.

Best weiners ANYWHERE! Best family-owned restaurant you'll ever go to! Everything on the menu is DELICIOUS! Service is always fantastic - everyone is always friendly & very efficient. Food selection is great, prices are very reasonable, and always good, quick service!

I love JK'S - Texas Hot Weiners. The hotdogs are on the small side but they are terrific. You will be full when you exit this restaurant. Other orders I have had have large portions. Staff is very friendly. Our waitress was named Wendy and she was great. Give it a try. You won't be sorry. My favorite is a hotdog with the works, plus cheese and no onions. Small order of French fries is more like a large order. This restaurant has been open for many years.

I've had JK's hot weiners for 60 years now. My dad was from Danbury so he got us hooked on them. We drive from Stratford to Danbury twice a year just to get out fix of hit weiners. They still taste good. And yes have delicious Cole slaw.

The food was satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. My friends and I all enjoyed our food and were treated nicely and were often asked if we needed anything else. Service was definitely there and with the amazing food I give Jk's Restaurant 5 stars.

Been an instution in danbury for a long long time personally i love the texas hot weiners the misses goes for the burger or chefs salad. Onion rings are good, shakes are great, except for my weight. Currently due to covid takeout only only takes cask but does have an atm option.

They have the best hot dogs anywhere nothing comparable, order with everything mean there special meat/ chilli sauce over onions , I like like that but found ask for coleslaw on top it's the best!
