I cannot say enough good things about ALL the wonderful pharmacy staff and Sandra the Pharmacist!! They all greet me professionally, ask me how I am, they work so hard, and I have seen how customers can treat them disrespectfully and as a now retired Emergency Room nurse, customer’s need to be more understanding, their job is not easy, this is a Very busy CVS and they do their best to expedite and help you!! I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy but them!! So thank you Sandra and pharmacy staff, I truly appreciate you!! Judy Beach

This has been my Go To Pharmacy for the better part of almost a Decade! They are always working so hard! Compared to most Pharmacies this one cares!

I wanted to share an experience I had shopping at the Westport CVS last week. I am new to this town and have always shopped at CVS before, but can honestly say have never experienced the type of customer service that they provide. I first spoke with Alyson and then the manager Chris, when I had a challenge with a purchase. Alyson has assisted me before with my questions on a specific need before and she is awesome. They were both extremely helpful and professional.

When I came back to the store, the same day I had made the purchase, Alyson spoke to the manager immediately and he came right over to the counter to speak with me. He greeted me with a warm smile and said "How can I help you?". I explained what my issue was and he treated me with the utmost respect when I explained what had happened. He looked me in the eye and said, I understand and then accommodated me with a refund. You are very lucky to have such a great manager and staff in your store. I look forward to making future purchases, as well as getting my prescriptions filled, here. Thank you for making my day less stressful.

I was shopping in the front of the store for some ice cream, and the man at the checkout on 10/14/2021 at around 9:45pm who was ringing me out (tan man brown hair and had a blue collared shirt on) was so kind and helpful. He really brightened my day and I hope a hardworking and kind guy like him gets a raise! This guy made a great representation of CVS

Ms. Kungal is a wonderful Pharmacy Manager: highly professional, efficient, and very helpful.
She takes time to answer quesstions, offer her expert advice on alternative medicines, and provide an overall superior personalized customer care. She always goes above and beyond her call of duty.

Also, Greg is a terrific Pharmacist: dedicated, thoughtful, and most attentive. He is a skilled communicator, who never fails to address customer concerns in a constructive and compassionate manner. In addition to his patience, his kind disposition above all contributes greatly to successfully resolving any problem. CVS is fortunate to have an employee of Greg’s caliber.

I shop here very often recently they have an employee that is just amazing, Brigny is so nice and welcoming. I look forward in seeing her there she knows all of the aisles I had an easy shopping experience. I’m also glad she offered the care pass I saved so much!

Raychel is amazing! she was so kind and professional in assisting me with my purchases. she told me all about cvs carepass and how it would make sense to sign up because it would save me money every month! she was patient and explained all the perks and benefits of carepass and i am super grateful! thank you raychel! i will definitely be returning.

The CVS store clerk took the time and trouble to find discounts that I had earned on my CVS Carepass account and apply them to my purchase.

The pharmacy in the Westport CVS is open longer than any other pharmacy in town and longer than CVS pharmacies in adjoining towns. The pharmacists treat you like a patient instead of a customer. They know their trade. The retail portion of CVS is clean, modern, sells a variety of mid to high end heath & beaty products, competively priced grocery & home products, and is open 24/7. No other pharmacy in the Westport area provides this level of access and service. I highly recommend this CVS.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy here just now where the pharmacists were super helpful with a rather confusing prescription situation. 🙂

These guys (and gals) are always nice & friendly, and I appreciate them very much!

The nicest people work here

I've been coming to this store since it opened (80's?) and overall I've always found the people who work here to be helpful and pleasant. Fabian is really an outstanding recent addition to the crew. He was so incredible polite and helpful the other day. He made my pickup order a breeze, then helped me sort out one of CVS's more complicated coupons. He quickly offered to get the manager to help answer my question and she was also extremely pleasant. For those who rate the store badly, I think that's slightly unfair. We all get frustrated when things don't go our way and we aren't feeling well. I've been there (at the pharmacy counter!) but I think it's important to cut people some slack. It's not an easy job and pharmacists are in short supply as a result.
One thing the store could do better is have to separate lines for checkout. No one ever knows if someone is waiting for a real person register or selfcheck out so they have to wait or ask. Maybe just add another rope?
