Its beautiful. One recomendation is could you have books in Spanish?

I mainly shop for manga and Despite the downsized location, which isn’t unique to this store. I always come in and either find what I want or any of the always pleasant staff will order what I need despite how obscure some of my book titles can get. Big shout out specifically to Lisa who is the one who helps me out on (mostly) weekly Sunday trips, always helpful, always friendly! It may be a chain but it’s a local one worth supporting!!

My shopping experience was great!
Everyone is always helpful when I go there. The sales lady Deni was very kind and helpful! She wasn't standing far away from me to help me. She stood next to me, placed my order like human beings should do when they interact with people. This whole pandemic has changed people and the world in so many ways. Deni took care of me from her heart. We even talked about her name ring. I thought it was pretty cool! It was a nice feeling to interact in a normal fashion. Thanks so much! Job well done! My wife bought my nieces and nephews books for Christmas here. My wife really liked this Barnes and noble and would definitely recommend. My nieces and nephews loved their new books. Five out of five stars.

Great store with a wonderful staff. Anybody complaining about the move and downsizing clearly doesn't understand that the store was hemorrhaging money and wouldn't exist anymore if it wasn't done. 100 magazines and a cafe were nice; but when the store throws away 99% of them each month and customers sit for hours without purchasing anything, you really can't expect the business to survive. 🤷‍♂ There's a public library that the town spent *millions* of dollars on just down the road if you need that.

Stopped in Westport CT for lunch and a little shopping. Went into this Barnes and Noble. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shop is bigger than it looks from the outside. Found some nice gifts and a few things for myself too.

Nicely layed out. Very comfortable and the staff is helpful. I felt bad for the lady in charge of keeping the children's section tidy.

I have not been inside the store, but I had excellent customer service by phone. I wish I remembered the associate's name because she helped me find a product I had been searching for for weeks. Thank you for all of your help!

The staff is great. The selection is great. Never got into kindle, I like to hold a book when I read. Sorry a bit old fashion. I do recommend the location in Westport. Very nice and great surrounding shops.
