Express Edit

Helped by the nicest young man who made awesome suggestions and listened to really help!!!! As a mom of 3 with limited time he made my shopping experience wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to see him again!

Such good vibes the store is well kept and neat I even was given a glass of champagne fancy fancy can’t wait to go back

I came here to exchange a shirt that I bought from another Express store. The employee who helped me was very helpful.

This Express is horrible, I was there 3 weeks ago and the manager and her boyfriend were arguing in the store. The man was screaming like a lunatic and I was afraid things were going to get dangerous. The other customers were frightened, this is a bad example for the wesport community. The store Manager here lacks both experience and knowledge.

There is not much variety at this location and the entire staff needs training. I was followed and pressured to handover my items several times. The first time I thought it was just good customer service. I politely declined and then I was approached by three additional sales associates who requested that I give them my items so they could start a dressing room. That’s when I realized there was something else going on. I was made to feel unwelcome and extremely humiliated as this was done in a store full of customers who witnessed the team single me out and approach me numerous times about giving them my items. If Express doesn’t address the behavior at this location I’ll find a new place to shop.
