Mary, Edgar and Jenni has been an amazing help to me! I wanted to upgrade my phone and get a watch with data on it and everything was simple. The process went through flawlessly and I'm really satisfied with my visit today. Loving the new watch and phone so far!! 😃♥

I definitely recommend going to corporate stores rather than authorized retailers!

Darwin provided excellent customer service. I came into the store tired and slightly frustrated and came out cheerful and productive. Darwin took the time to help me and explain all my questions and concerns. When he had to help other customers he would multitask with helping me as well and still being fully available to them. Darwin’s energy and help is appreciated!!!

Had a billing issue that Edgar, Bravo, and Mike handled for me. It took time but anything done well is worth waiting for. I’ve been coming to this store since it moved here and the service is impeccable. Thanks so much guys

I have to say after some miscommunication with the staff who helped upgrade my new phone. I want to give a big thanks to Rebecca for taking the time to listen to my frustrations to make it better. I also want to give a big shoutout to Darwin. I didn’t have the chance to work with him however he took good care of everyone the few times I had visited the store. He is a great multi tasker he listens very well and very informative. Give that man a raise!

Darwin was very helpful with troubleshooting my device. Got me back up and running. They also greeted all customers as they entered the store.

I ve had a really hard time finding anyone to help with my email issues. Finally..I stopped in at t mobile on 27 and Darwin was able to fix it 5 minutes. I will definitely go back& ask for him specifically.

I recently had to go to the store with a phone to be exchanged . I was extremely distraught due to other circumstances . Edgar waited on me I’m telling you this young man was a saint! He went above and beyond. Spending a very long time with customer service on the other end and even after being transferred to five different people he got it handled God bless him! He never lost his cool and was so kind , though I expressed it at the time , I don’t think he will know what his kindness meant to me . I then had to return because there was no label sent to return the old phone the manager Rebecca again was so kind and took the time to have them send it to her , she in turn printed it for me . In this day and age to find people that take time and are kind is amazing huge five stars! Sincerely !

I was helped by an amazing employee named Zach. He was extremely professional and efficient in helping me process my order. Zach was also very patient with thought the whole process after I kept making mistakes which caused him to do double the work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you Zach and T-Mobile!

Came here to upgrade my phone after a bad experience in another location. Not only did Hiram help, he walked me through everything, all the costs and extras. He was friendly and very nice and I am so happy to have had this experience. Definitely will keep coming to this location from now on.

I had numerous issues with my phone. Hymar(sp) was very nice and knowledgeable. He changed my frustration to happiness. His great attitude was positive and confirms my choice of being a T Mobile customer. Sorry if I spelled H's name

I finally went in to get a new phone(s). Yeah knowing what the process is like, knowing I would wait and wait, but the service I received was unbelievable. As I waited they took care of us, making sure when someone was ready we had everything we needed. Then since I waited so long to upgrade my phone it was not an easy process. They did so much to help me and they even stayed after hours until everything was finished. That day I had turned in a phone that we did not need and thought nothing else about it until I received I call telling me about an issue. I could not believe what I was being told and was not very happy, but Alex and the manager, Ana, did not except it either, they went above and beyond what customer service is and found out what the problem was and corrected it. These days customer service is nothing and they provided service I have not seen in years. This review should have been posted a month ago, but well deserved for their excellent service! Thank you Alex and Ana for going the extra mile!!!!

Shania H . Changed a bad situation into a wonderful experience . She listened to our story and worked with us while a sprint policy takes advantage of the reality that people have horrible things happen in their lives and won’t notice a lease is up .We just shelling out money to sprint for months . Shame on you sprint and shame on me for getting ill at a time when the lease is up .
My husband was ready to move to ATT. Shania had no idea this was about to happen but continued to work with me . My husband walked away impressed with her costumer service . Sprint - as long as you have Shania , you will have me as a costumer . Give that lady a raise !

Very patient staff, I had to make multiple trips because I did not have enough information to get my dads phone unlocked because he forgot pass-code.
Ayawa, Jennifer and Daniel was great in helping through the process.

I went to sprint today and Pricilla helped me get two AirPods air buds and gallaxy airbuses Amd two screen protectors and cases! She was super sweet and even helped me save money on my bill as well . Thank you Pricilla my kids are gonna be so happy . The customer service was awesome her and Bryan even wrapped the gifts for me. I will definitely be back and recommend going and asking for Pricilla.
