Really helpful staff. The gentleman working on a Saturday afternoon helped me select a title for my young daughter. He then told me about some other products that I might like in the future. Really great, concierge-level service here. Love it!

My 9 year old had the best interaction today with the associate at this store while he was checking out. They had a wonderful conversation about what starter he was going to pick in Pokémon Violet, their evolutions, etc. He was so excited to use his birthday gift cards and the time that she took to talk to him made it even better. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service!

I haven't been to another Game Stop In Year's! Because of those 3 people! They're Truly Epic & Amazing People! They have Excellent Customer Service! Recently stopped by so my son could trade in a console. Ariel was nothing short of amazing to deal with. She was extremely professional and helpful with our transaction. Very informative and kind throughout the process. During our visit, the store got quote busy. Ariel kept calm and managed to complete a pretty tall order of trade ins in a timely manner. Absolutely amazing team at this location! Ariel asked if we needed any help as soon as we walked in and I jokingly said "yea I want a ps5" (assuming they wouldn't have any as it's been hard to find) to my suprise they said "yea we can do that for you" after that we grabbed a new controller and headset, I asked Ariel if the headset was a good one they said almost everyone in the store has the same one and loves it. They and everyone behind the counter were so helpful in picking out which new Pokémon game to help as well!! So descriptive and insanely helpful. My boyfriend hasnt had a membership in a decade and thanks to Ariels amazing service he decided to renew it!! This team has given us the best customer service we have had in years. Thanks for all the help! Can't wait to see this team again.

This place is great. I bought battery packs for my controllers. The sales person didn't give me the bank for them. They were more than helpful ang resolved that quickly. I expected that I wouldn't get them after have bought them over 2 weeks prior. They were very reasonable.

Liz is incredible, and her staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest pre-ordering things in advance so you can get first calls on items you want so they can take care of you the best way they can.

Extremely helpful staff! No joke I been in to a few game stops... And it's always the same some hipster kid you want to DROP KICK! Not this one... I've only been there with three different employees two dudes and a lady and ALL THREE have gone out of their way to given me good advice and help... Especially for someone who knows nothing about video games and my two boys aren't to far behind..

Busy little shop. Lots of games and memorabilia to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a busy shopping center and I had to circle awhile before I found a a parking spot and there were lots of customers in the store, but the line moved fast and I got the rare copy of the discontinued game that my kids wanted.

My husband is an avid gamer. I frequently go in and pay off games he has on pre-order as a gift to him. Merina(I think that's how you spell it) is always great about bringing up my husbands account and making sure he gets the rewards points. She knows us on a first name basis and her customer service skills are awesome.

Awesome store. My kiddo loves video games. It's great to be able to talk to people who know what they are selling and are enthusiastic about it. Also great to get used games for a reduced price.
