I had the pleasure of meeting JP this morning from Del- Air to service my 2 AC units. He's very informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with while servicing my systems. He took his time and very detailed explaining the condition of my units and what I need to do next in order to keep my systems in tip top condition. Very happy with his service and will continue to use Del-Air as my number # 1 service provider for my home. Thank you JP......

Mara was excellent. She put everything in working order and found a valve that was not working properly that could have flooded my AC area indoors. I now have the comfort of it having been replaced. Plus she was super nice to our puppy Bailey. 5 Stars and two paws up!

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Victor C. for his excellent service on our AC unit.
As upper Management is well aware I have had numerous service issues with the Lennox unit I purchased from your company.
To clarify I have service tickets over three inches thick on unit that is just over five years old and dating back to two days after the unit was installed.
Victor was the only service tech from Dell air that took the time, cared and had the knowledge to thoroughly check and repair the unit.
He explained each procedure he was doing to repair the unit and ensured the unit operated correctly prior leaving.
Honestly Dell air is truly blessed to have this man on their team.

As Dell air hires new technicians I would highly recommend they are trained by Victor to provide the same, professional, quality, and honest service he provided to us.

Understanding Dell air has become more bottom line driven than customer service driven has only served to drive customers to other AC companies.

My recommendation to Dell air is to ensure all technicians are properly trained, not only in the mechanical end, but moreover in customer service end to the degree of Victor is.

I will be as bold as to state, if Dell air would understand their bottom line is customer service driven they soon discover a much healthier bottom line.

Victor exemplified this, thus winning back our customer loyalty to your company.
If his knowledge and work ethics were to be implemented throughout Dell air, I believe your companies customer loyalty would increase two fold in a very short period of time.
Simply this would soon equate to a healthier bottom line for company.

I would be amiss if I did not also mention Kaleb, for his excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
If it was not for this two individuals I would have long ago switched AC companies.

I recently engaged Del-Air for an AC unit check-up, and I'm thoroughly impressed. JP, the technician, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. He meticulously inspected and cleaned our units, ensuring optimal performance. JP's friendly demeanor and detailed explanations made the service hassle-free and pleasant. JP was incredibly helpful and personable!! We had an issue with our AC system and JP diagnosed it immediately just by listening. He worked quickly and concisely and was over all very kind. Thank you JP!!!

Such a good team! I am thankful to have Del-Air working on my Air Conditioner. They have helped get extra years on an old system. The team is always quick, informative, and great to speak with. Joe B most recently helped with keeping my (old) system up and running. He provided details and pictures on the current state of my system. Paul then helped me in getting the details on a new system. It was a fantastic experience and will continue to look forward to working with them in the future.

Stennett went above & beyond and was very resiliant on the job. He did not stop until the problem was solved even after being here a few hours. I highly recommend this company as he showed great service and courtesy to all the family members! Very satisfied!

Mara did a great job on our semi-annual maintenance service. We had a problem with our fan not coming on (only worked on auto) and she fixed the wiring on the thermostat very quickly. So glad to have it back finally. Very professional and courteous. The service was top-notch.

JP and Patrick are very nice and professional Del-air employees. They helped me with my cooling and heating issues and explained everything to me so that I could understand completely.
Thank you both for spending so much time with me. It’s so nice to be back with Del-air again.

Service man was cordial and efficient. Victor was back for my new service today along with Mike. They were very friendly and technical and did a fabulous job.

JP was great. Both gentlemen showed up on time, no problem. Very courteous and informative. I felt very confident in their job they did at my place.

I would highly recommend JP and I will request him every time I need to have anything serviced.

Arrived on time, kindly introduced themselves and had company ID. Tyler & Andrea listened to all of my concerns with the heat/ac and addressed every one of them, with Professionalism, kindness, care and resolution. Tyler explained every step that he was going to perform and cost if a problem was discovered. So there was no guessing!

They are a Positive Representation for Del-Air and I would not think of calling any other company in the future.
I have had AHS for my home maintenance for many years in the past and wish that I would have known about DEL-AIR sooner. In my opinion, there is absolutely NO comparison! I am honored to be a new customer of DEL-AIR for this past year… my only regret is that I was not introduced to Del-Air (Tyler & Andrea ) sooner! They were amazing and by the time they were finished… they felt more like family.

Today I got the opportunity and not to mention the pleasure of meeting two of the most pleasant individuals,JP and Patrick. Their professionalism and thoroughness in servicing my unit was unsurpassed!!
JP is awesome, calm personality,hardworking, however,he wouldn't even allow me to attempt to compensate his efforts by way of a tip.
It is so commendable how they work extra hours with a huge smile,patient and attentive to my questions.
This is truly the go to company,the technicians are the best!!!

JP just finished servicing my ac unit and I felt that I had to write this review I usually never do I have been dealing with del air for the good part of 17 years and I feel I have to tell you that JP was the best technician I have had in all the times I have had my ac maintenanced J P was very thorough he was very knowledgeable he also explained what he was going to. Del-Air takes good care of their customers. My technician, Kieran, arrived as scheduled, and I received a call ahead notice from dispatch, as always. Kieran was very efficient at his work and his price quotes were precise. I will request him again, as he was very thorough, highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. His courtesy made us feel at ease and respected. I have used Del-Air for installation and maintenance and I remain a satisfied customer. I do recommend them for any AC needs.

VICTOR C was fantastic! He did a very thorough job. Explained everything to us and took pictures to show us before and after the work was done. Highly recommend him for excellent, fair and honest service!

Joe b did a wonderful job. He impressed after I was very furious and concerned about the mold growing but he explained in great detail and found our issue and spoke to the company to not charge us. I was going to give up on Delair but I will stay as long as he’s here

Eduardo was friendly and knowledgeable. Repaired system quickly. Didn't have the correct part but put one in for comfort and will be back with correct size once they have it.

Our tech Joe B was extremely thorough. He left no stone unturned. We had no questions as he explained everything us in laymen’s terms! Paul C was great as a salesman also. He was not pushy and simply laid out our options. Kudos to Del-Air!
