I’ve used Griffs Automotive Clinic many times for various vehicle repairs and they have been great! Their attention to detail and making the customer feel welcome! A very courteous, professional and friendly service staff makes them my first choice for any vehicle repair. I highly recommend them for any type of vehicle maintenance and service. 342k miles and runs great!

After a week of self diagnosing issues with my daughter’s 1998 Jeep grand Cherokee and a week of replacing parts that didn’t fix the issues, I decided to take the Jeep to Griffis. They were able to determine that the vehicle had a bad pcm and corroded wiring harnesses in a couple areas. The pcm for a 1998 is not a real easy part to get and often they require reprogramming by the dealership which is usually quite a rip-off but they did their homework and found a plug-and-play pcm and they were able to repair the vehicle for a couple hundred dollars less than I was expecting it to cost. They communicated with me throughout the process and were never discouraging. I never felt that they were trying to manipulate me, which most auto shops do because they think people are ignorant (a lot of people are). I believe I have found a shop that is trustworthy enough to be my go-to auto shop. This is about as important as having a go-to dentist. Thank you Griffis for your efforts.

I have been a costumer at Griffis Automotive since they opened approximately 14 years ago. The owner David Griffis and his entire staff have always been very professional , upfront on why we need certain service and the cost up front. We have always been treated with respect for myself and my wife. Also all of my people who work for me go to Griffis Automotive for all of their vehicles needs, we travel 35 states working for our clients and even when we have had an issue on the road we have called Griffis and the Owner David has found a way to assist us with any issues. I have referred multiple friends and business associates to Griffis for their automotive needs and have never heard anything but great reviews from their experience. I find it hard to believe the gentleman with the corvette is telling the whole story.

Griffis automotive is by far the most fair and knowledgeable place i have dealt with in many years. The people are outstanding and down to earth people. I highly recommend them.

Brian and Stephanie are awesome. Brian really took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The atmosphere in the office is very warm and inviting. Every employee seems like they really love their job. I was extremely satisfied with the job and overall value and service I receive from Brian and his team. Had my fleet vehicle serviced here and have to say Luis, one of their technicians, was very communicative and kept me up to date on the whole repair process and what was needed to get my vehicle back on the road safely. I’ve had two cars serviced by Griffis over the years. The work is done quickly and reliably. They communicate with me through the entire process. I feel like I can trust them. And they are the only mechanic who sends me a text a few days after I pick up my car asking if everything is ok. Oh and a Christmas card! All work I’ve had done at Griffis has been too notch. Great service. Fast oil change. Then, all of the car was checked as a courtesy. Oil change was only $31 with my own oil and filter. Pleasant experience.

I had several issues with my car and they diagnosed it and found the problem. They were very thorough and informed me about everything that had to be done to get it repaired. Brian was very helpful and explained everything that was completed. I finally found a auto repair shop that was honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Not only was the work done correctly, it was done professionally and with a great deal of courtesy. High marks for both the front desk personnel and the technicians, too.

The fastest and most courteous automotive shop I have ever been to. They analyzed and fixed my diesel truck issue within 10 minutes after being to several other shops with no luck. Highly recommended for all automotive needs.

3rd time bringing my 2017 Ram Ecodiesel for routine maintenance. Scheduled my appointment a month ago for a 50K service. Apparently my appointment got lost ( I kept the confirmation email) but the recovery made it all the better. Got my truck right in and serviced. Added a couple of extra recommended services that the dealership would charge double for and in less than 2 hours was on my way. Always a pleasure dealing with Griffis. I know they do quality work ( heck, you can watch them do everything from the big viewing windows ) at a very fair price. H. Richard Pust

My wife and I have used Griffis for all our vehicle need since pretty much since they've been in business. The front desk are extremely polite and professional. David Griffis, owner, and Brian Griffis answer any concerns or questions about any of our vehicles including 2 Can Am spyders. The technicians are knowledgeable and will explain and show you what the issues with your vehicle are. I canceled my service contract with Dodge onmy Ram 2500 6.7, the dealership was extremely hig and upsold just about everything. Griffis was very reasonable priced and all work I've ever had do e ws completed to my satisfaction. In summary I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere but Griffis Automotive!

David and his crew are always very helpful and knowledgeable and the frontdesk very sweet.
