Very cool, funky, eclectic, beautifully maintained except for the waterfront area which is a little rundown. Permanent residents in their own tiny houses and essentially brand new tiny houses available for rent - immaculate inside and out. Cool little bar on the water, deck boats and Power Cats to rent. Good prices, nice water, and two EV charging stations Everything you want, nothing you don't.

This place is amazing. Quiet and beautiful. All the comforts of home! Our tiny vacation home was so clean and neat with many thoughtful extras throughout. They even have beach towels in the unit. The host was super responsive—I had a couple of questions that I sent through email and was replied to promptly. We loved everything about this place and highly recommend it. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful lake with low traffic. We took a tour with Cat Boat Escapes from there that I will definitely take visitors on in the future.

We recently joined Carefree Boat Club which is based at the cove. A wonderful little place to chill out and enjoy the beautiful lakes

Stop get a drink, lay in the hammocks or get some gas. One of the few places to get refreshments and the only gas stop I know of on this small chain of lakes. Also a small beach and swimming area A very popular gathering spot on summer weekend.

Great place to spend the day by the lake. Bring the car, boat, or jetski.. incredible views. Great for a family day out!

Staff at the boat rental was super friendly. Very enjoyable day with family on the lake.

great place all around. we love the live music. we brought the boat yesterday and stayed a few hours. The country singer was great and friendly! beer is a bit pricey, but the atmosphere made up for it

Came here for our Catboat tour. Loved this marina and the tour was awesome.

Went to meet with old friends. Of which, one of them was the live music for a great afternoon. Boat rentals, open bar, food truck and a nice crowd of folks! All in all and weather permitting, a great place to enjoy life, family, some music and fun times.

Great location for those who live off CR-561! Beautiful view of the lake, kick back and watch boats come and go. There's a cute bar, and food trucks that come by on Fridays.

Still waiting approval to live in one of their tiny homes, but so far we are in love with the little cute tiny home community they have, what a hidden gem. It’s such a beautiful spot right on a lake and very quiet and peaceful. The staff working were super friendly from the moment we got out of our car and the manager Brenda was/is so professional in answering all of our questions to the best of her ability and if she doesn’t have the answer, she makes sure to find us the answer. She gave us a very nice tour of the tiny house and property and her energy was fun, it truly was a pleasure meeting her.

This place has been phenomenal! We had a boat docked many years ago when it was in disrepair. Returned with our new boat. The improvements since we’ve been back are nothing short of phenomenal! Amazing group of people. John is always ready to lend a hand or advise. Brenda has been a refreshing addition. The young lady who is often there to help fuel or anything else is always smiling and kind. And the new owner Shawn (Sean?) was awesome to meet and speak with.
I simply can’t say enough about this place!
