BJ's Wholesale Club

I do not recommend ordering anything online big, such as furniture, for home delivery. The ordering process part was easy breezy, however, everything after that was a nightmare. The delivery company they use is horrible. I purchased a 5 piece wicker fire chat set to be delivered. The delivery company only brought 1 out of 3 boxes. They wanted to leave fast and tried to convince me that everything (4 big swivel rockers (with pads/pillows) and the fire table) was all in that one box. LOL I guess they thought I was a dummy. I said no, there is no way.
Come on. They made a phone call and then came back and said the rest will be delivered at another time. Then 2 days later I get an email stating that the remaining boxes got damaged and the order was cancelled because that was the last set in stock. I had to go back and forth with the delivery company & BJs 1 800 customer service. Both telling me to call the other one. This went on for weeks. Then customer service told me that I had to return the big heavy firepit myself to a local store to get a refund. Very inconvenient. The box was big and heavy. Luckily I have a truck and someone helped me. Thank god the manager at this store was able to resolve this nightmare mess. So I am rating 5 stars for this store and that manager but zero stars for their delivery company and BJ's 1 800 customer service. I won't order anything big again online with BJs because of that.

BJs has a lot of variety at good prices. I can easily find what I am looking for. I tried out Costco and brought a list of 6 often bought items and did not find even one. They do have a lot of other “stuff”. Also BJ’s is far easier to maneuver than Costco. Points for both: People are friendly.

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Plenty of selection, including alcohols and electronics, and plenty of volume. TIP: Make use of their coupons and always look at price per unit when comparing prices! My own comparisons showed that BJs was cheaper per unit than most grocers, including Amazon, except for packaged nuts... Another TIP: Their gas prices, while great, are not always the cheapest in town.

Always a pleasure to purchased here but keep In mind you can only purchase in Bulk. If you have a family or you own a culinary business this is the store for you. Electronics are well priced here. Books are very well stocked. There are many toys to choose from. Clothes might not be high end but if your looking for undergarments, well priced garments, children's clothes, and shoes that will not break the bank this is your store. The bakery has baked items fresh daily. The deli is well stocked with everything you are looking for and very competitive prices. There supplements are well priced. The pharmacy area is stocked with everything and some more. They also have samples throughout the store for you to try the new products at various times during the day. They have various self check out stations and customer service check out stations as well. They do not offer plastic bags or paper bags but when you are leaving they do have random boxes where you can put your items in. Also these stores do require you to have a paid yearly membership. There are 3 tiers for the memberships and the prices do change from season to season. Give them a call and ask them the price points and this way you are not surprised when you get there. 04/21/2023: The guys that bring your groceries out to the car are amazing and super friendly. You would swear that you were at Chick-fil-A lol They need a raise!

Good place to go for gas people should pump from both sides it would go fasterI always go to either side what ever is open don't wait for your side of tank hose fits both sides

Love this place. I buy bulk with drinks and dry food. Can't complain we go every month and spend a great deal of money but it's only 1 time shopping for all our need. I just run to different places to get fresh meat and veggies when needed.

I love this place my honey and I go about every 3 weeks. I usually get over the counter medication in bulk also my honey’s drinks for work. He does commercial air conditioning and he needs to stay hydrated. Also my son favorite ice tea by the case I get my energy drinks and propel packets also I pick up potato bread there and it’s a 2 pack. There fruits and veggies most of the time looks good. The location is a bit far because we live near Tavares so it a good 45 minute ride but it’s worth it! Thanks BJs for your prices!!!

This is my go-to BJs store. there are four other Bjs that are probably a little closer than the Clermont location, but I find that this store is always well-stocked and the associates here are very helpful, courteous, and always treat me like I am their best customer. Bjs is worth the 105 mile round trip that I make because of the money I can save. With a few clip to card coupons (I love doing coupons this way,) added to the regular in-store savings was over $163.00 this trip. I have a mobility problem and so I fill the electric buggy and then give my list to customer service for the cases and large item. They go finish my shopping and take it to the pickup and load it all for me . I gave them five stars, but I would have liked to be able to give them 10. I love this place.

A big thank you to Pete at the Clermont BJ's location. He is extremely friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond for the BJ's fuel customers. It is a refreshing change of pace to see someone so positive and caring in this day and age. Thank you, Sir, for your assistance today.

Excellent gas station! Have been coming here for years and they always have been the cheapest! Great customer service and there is always a young man always willing to help me pump my gas every time. Overall, great gas, great savings, great customer service!

In prep for Irma the visit ran VERY smoothly. They had more than enough cashier ready to help. The Deli Department kept moving.

Clean store. Deli department is the best. The women who work there are kind, friendly and just wonderful. They slice the cold cuts exactly like you ask. The prices are great too.

This is a fairly large location, they have a nice variety as well. I always use their coupons when I decide what to get and save a pretty penny. Today I saved $28.50!

Good place to shop if you got a big family
