Lake County Tow

Luck was both on my side and not on my side. My Hyundai broke down tonight whilst running errands. It was my first time having my vehicle towed and I was a bit nervous and anxious but after I received a phone call from Victor, all my worries and anxiety were put at ease. A lot of towing companies do not have the best reputations but Lake County Towing and Victor were absolutely fantastic. It was an easy and amazing tow and I hope any future towing is done by him. He had a great personality and was very nice to talk to! Thank you Lake County Towing and Victor!

Romans helped me out and he was super cool gave me great card advice! Very professional, Very helpful when towing my car to the location I needed. These guys are easy to work with. I recommend them.

They beat the estimated time of arrival AAA provided by over an hour and were updating me at every step. Israel did a great job with the tow and got my truck back home in perfect shape. Great company, great driver!

On the morning of Nov 5, 2023 I had Lake County Towing, tow my car back home. My experience with their service was great, from the dispatcher, of whom will have to forgive me for not recalling her name, but nevertheless did an excellent job to Pete who arrived and assisted me with getting my car back home safe. Overall I felt i was in good hands because of the professionalism and respect I received from their team.

This was my first personal tow truck experience needed and well I'm extremely pleased. Very friendly and efficient on the phone with a time estimate & price. I was told about 30 mins and maybe 18 mins later Pete arrives with a quickness & a smile. I instantly felt comfortable and impressed with the clean new truck and his polite service. I highly recommend and will be saving for my personal tow truck service again. Thank you for helping make an uncomfortable situation safe and simple.

Rhomans was my tow truck driving this morning after being stuck on the side of the road. He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, informative. He not only did a great job with his work service but a fantastic job with his customer service and making the experience suitable for a frustrating time. He was also very clean and well organized and really helped me in more ways then one, it was more then just a random tow.

I have used them twice now! Best price when I checked around and always fast. No wait, no standing us up! And fast to pick up and go. Secretary is helpful and nice and the Tow guy is always super nice and easy to communicate with. We will continue to use this friendly company in the future!

Jerry took extremely good care of our vehicle and he also referred us to a mechanic!!! If I ever need services again I’ll be asking for him personally. I would rate him a 10+ with his service

I had several tow trucks come to my house through AAA. No one could figure out how to get my car into neutral and every single one of them said my battery was fine. Not the case. Lake County Tow showed up within minutes and were able to test the battery and jump me immediately. Highly recommend this company. They're a pleasure to work with and I will happily use them again in the future

We had phenomenal service with our driver Rhomans. He was our tow driver 2 times and was prompt, personable and went above and beyond to actually contact discount tires to give them a heads up about my car situation. we highly recommend using this company. Very reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely be using again if ever needed.

No one ever wants to break down. Today Ms Brielle was amazing dispatching a driver. AAA gave me a hard time. I called she not only dispatched someone to me when I called for an update she was friendly gave me realistic updated time frame. The driver was great as well but Brielle was today’s rockstar.

Initially my tow was delayed, and as someone who was in somewhat of a scary time just because of how young I am and because it’s never happened to me before, I was somewhat upset, but after calling and speaking to the kind lady who answered the phone she informed me of why and it all made sense and I understood then why it was delayed but she helped me out a ton when she got the tow truck to me in much shorter time and we made it to the destination right as they were closing but me leaving the car there overnight was no problem with them and I got to communicate with them the scenario briefly which gave me so much peace of mind. To the guy who towed my car he was such a kind man and it’s not in a “I’m an old lady and he was such a sweet young man and very respectful” type of way, it’s in a “as someone who’s also very real and genuine, I am so thankful to have had a great human being help me in this scary situation” type of way. I thank him a ton as well because he took the time to talk to me and build rapport with me making me feel so much more comfortable and he even knew the people at the tire place which made me feel happy and familiarized with everyone. If you need your car towed, these are the guys that you should go with. Quick, efficient, and professional. Rhomans towed my car from here in Clermont over to south Orlando and he is outstanding at what he does.

I had them move a small piece of equipment from Mt. Dora to Clermont. Brian arrived within the agreed upon time window, all is good. Reasonable rates and courteous service.

On our way home from church we ran over a deer and busted a fuel line. Lake County Tow came out to tow us home. The driver Roman, was very personable, kind, and efficient at what he did. Once home and unloaded he even let our children blow the air horn. They were so excited. Thank you so much Lake County Tow!!

About two weeks ago, I was driving up the turnpike in the rain at dusk. Out of nowhere, a tire came bouncing across the highway and I hit it. My tire went flat and I did not have a spare (stupid, I know). I called AAA and they connected me to Lake County Tow. The dispatcher was super nice (female, I didn't get her name). I wasn't checking the time, but the tow truck showed up much sooner than I expected. My driver was Israel Delgado. Such an incredible person! His first priority was getting me out of the rain and into the truck. He dropped the car at a tire shop and then drove me an extra mile to a hotel. I was back on the road the next day by 9. Thank you so much, Israel!
