Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

Amazing pharmacy staff at the Winn-Dixie in Clermont. The ladies there are always so friendly and ready to assist. They take their time to find the best pricing options and are very efficient. They were recommended by my PCP and I'm so happy to have found them for my family.

This is a small pharmacy with limited staff. It’s amazing how much better the service and prices are. I love this pharmacy. They treat you better then the Walgreens and CVS pharmacies where there you are just a number.

The pharmacy Manager, pharmacist, and help really care and do their best to get your prescriptions ready when you need them.

The pharmacist is very professional and goes above and beyond to help. Although it is difficult to get ahold of this pharmacy sometimes. A lot of the times the calls won’t go through.

I discontinued using the pharmacy because the LAST TWO TIMES I went to get a refill, they did not hear back from the doctor AND did not follow up with the doctor. They told me to follow up with the doctor.

I expect a certain level of clinical attention and obtaining a YES or NO response from the doctor is all that I ask. The pharmacist says it is the doctor's job to follow up.

The regional person called me and said they they don't have enough labor. I wrote to Winn Dixie's CEO and have not had a response.

I moved all of the prescriptions to Walgreen's. Nuts to you Winn Dixie.

Safauli Patel she's so nasty rude and disrespectful she's horrible I spend my money year round and can't get my prescription filled unless she's not there she's nasty and the district manager is very well aware of it.

One star due to Saifali Patel coming up with multiple reasons to avoid filling my prescription (which has been filled here before). Saifali Patel did not attempt to contact my provider and resolve any discrepancies professionally. Instead, I was indirectly told to come back when the other pharmacist (L. Lorenzo) was present because she was the pharmacist who filled it before. Please note: the other pharmacist (L. Lorenzo) is 5 STARS and has amazing energy and compassion for her patients.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Take forever to fill prescriptions, wait in line all day and they take forever to check you out.. I will be switching soon. Pay a little extra just to avoid this pharmacy.
