It was my pleasure to have Yamilet to take care of my needs. She was courteous, with a pleasant personality. She was very professional as She answered my questions. The only problem at this location is that she works alone. Especially when customers refused to wait. I think she needs at least one more person.

This location is by far the best. The assistant manager is great and the employee that helped us was amazing! She helped us in EVERY WAY possible! I hope I spell her name right, but the lady’s name is Jelissa and the assistant managers name is David. Both were of great help we walked out of there very happy with their customer service. Thinking about switching to cricket wireless make this store you’re number one stop!!

I came into the store 15 minutes before closing and Iam went above and beyond helping me out and getting my new phone set up. He gave outstanding customer service!

A very friendly man named Chris helped me out. He is very good at what he does and helped me with my issue. Everyone else in the store looked very satisfied with him. He provided great customer service and I would recommend this store to anyone that asks about it!

Wonderful experience. Rafel(I think)😊 I needed to upgrade after my phone went for a swim! I got a Galaxy A11. I am far from teche...but he had patience with me and was very knowledgeable of this new phone. He has only been with Cricket a month. Very much an asset for your company.

Great customer service, heather was very helpful in getting what I needed and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. I've been to another cricket store before but they weren't as friendly and as helpful like Heather and her staff.
