The staff was so nice helping me find jeans!! They all checked on me in the changing room and helped me decide what size I needed and what looked good. I will definitely be shopping here more often as this has been one of the better shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time!!! Thank you!

i usually never write reviews BUT the girl who helped me deserves it. i am plus size and i have such a hard and stressful time looking for clothes that are cute and that are my size. i don’t know the employees name but she had a little statue lady tattoo named penelope if i am not mistaken??? anyways she helped me with this program where u can send clothes ur size to the store without obligation of buying them FOR FREE!! i was so excited and she was so empathetic and sensitive towards me due to how hard if is to shop because i am curvier. we chatted and she let me nervous ramble without seeming annoyed. i usually never have good experiences like this being bigger but i did today thank u sm to whoever u are 🥺🥺🥺

I am one of those people who *hates* shopping for clothes, especially jeans as a petite woman (5 ft 1–Jean shopping is a nightmare!). I went into this made Madewell location to get some help with jeans & truly had the best experience today. Two different employees helped me & both were so kind, understanding, & patient with me. I left with two pairs of jeans & couldn’t be happier.

Brittany was super helpful and patient in helping navigate the new Jean trends and what to pair them with. Thank you, again!

This place is the best! Very cool clothing - staff is super friendly and nice. Shelly is so helpful and it felt like I had my own personal shopper. Will definitely be going back.

I was searching for a pair of jeans that I could wear multiple times without them stretching out or getting baggy. I heard great things about Madewell and had stopped in before to browse their bags and shoes, and was always impressed by their in-store selection. Each time I’d stopped in before, the associates were friendly and attentive. But most recently, Shayna went truly above and beyond. She listened to my concerns with other brands and helped me find the perfect fit and style. I was really impressed with her customer service and can’t wait to wear my new jeans! Even better, I shopped during their 30% off sale and got a great deal.

This is my favorite madewell location! Every staff member I’ve encountered has been so helpful and kind. Brittney and Sarah were especially helpful. Great customer service and of course, great madewell quality!

One of my favorite stores in Ann Arbor. The denim is amazing and I love their tops, which are simple yet stylish. They have great sales both in store and online so make sure to check them out!

Came in a couple minutes before closing, but Shayna (sorry for spelling!) was super helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. It’s a nice store and if you need help there are some really good employees that will assist you with finding what you need.

Michelle was super friendly and helpful. They had a ton of quality items and a great selection.
