Uptown Balloons created a gorgeous bouquet for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I chose the “perfect gift for your best friend” design from their website. It looked exactly like the picture! Edwin delivered the bouquet right on time to our hotel at Mall of America where we were celebrating the birthday. It was a windy, rainy day and Edwin took care to make sure all of the balloons stayed together. Highly recommend and would absolutely use Uptown Balloons again when in the Minneapolis area!

I came in at a very busy time just before NYE for one simple balloon for a one-year-old’s birthday. The kind people working I assume are the owners were very helpful and even gave me two additional balloons to make a better presentation. When I need balloons in the future I will be sure to come back here. Great dejection and even better service. Highly recommend!!

This locally owned owned balloon shop is a gem to our city. Ana & her husband Edwin cultivate a great experience for party planners. She has immaculate detailing on her balloon bouquets and a flawless execution. 10/10 would recommend especially with her high sense of urgency. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday last minute and she was able to get everything pulled together! So thankful for Ana's hard work! Definitely will be coming back for every occasion no matter how big or small, Uptown balloons has my heart!

I got this little cute decoration for my birthday about a couple weeks ago & till this day it’s in good condition! Even with the helium shortage my balloon has been floating with such little helium! I definitely recommend to pass by and support this small business!

If I could rate one more than 5 stars I would! I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a budget and an idea of what I wanted - with only Pinterest pictures to show. The owner not only took the time to help me pick something in my budget but fulfilled everything and more that I had envisioned (SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND) It was beautiful, I received so many compliments at my party, and it made the perfect picture back drop. I tried to do my own balloon decorations and arch a year ago- it was stressful, hard and not what I envisioned. I’m glad I decided to go to a professional this time, uptown balloons saved me time and stress! The owner anabel was so sweet, you could tell she loves what she does, and really takes the time to connect with her customers. I placed my order a week in advance with her, and she was able to deliver it ahead of the promised time of delivery. This is a wonderful latino owned small business that I will continue supporting and will recommend to all my friends!
