The reason for my visit was to receive my first COVID 19 vaccination. This was my first visit to this store location. During my visit, I received exceptionally courteous service from 2 staff members who deserve recognition for their thoughtfulness and dedication towards making each patron feel cared for. I would return to this pharmacy solely on the basis of the excellent customer service provided by Shakeema and Joe P at the pharmacy.

Always pick up my meds here, pharmacists and pharmacy staff are friendly, smooth operation, hardly or no waiting time. Only delays I've ever experienced are because of doctor's office taking their time to confirm my prescriptions., of which I am being kept in the loop by phone message.

I love this place because it's close to the subway and that helps during winter time but I have been experiencing bad character from one of the workers called Christy, she talks anyhow to her co-workers especially the new guy called Patrick. It's not about seniority but team work,when she starts to talk she should know she's working and dealing with workers and her character determines where the customers to like the place or not

Guy was very nice and helpful even tho he was organazing something , i was looking for one specific item and he helped me a lot.

I've read the horrible reviews this place has so I was a bit anxious to go get my flu shot there the other day. I was running a little behind schedule and called to see if that would make a difference and the person on the phone was very friendly. I was still nervous about the actual in-store experience though.

When I got there, I found things to be different from the online reviews for me. I was greeted by a two person team who were very friendly.

By the pharmacy, the person behind the counter was very nice and seemed especially grateful that I filled out my forms online before the appointment. I had to wait a little while before the vaccination, but while waiting, I saw other people being helped by workers who seemed accommodating and helpful. Since I gave my insurance info, I was offered four free Binax covid tests if I wanted them. The flu shot itself was fast and painless although the bandaid had some difficulty staying on after a little while. But I didn't really need it at that point anyway.

The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because I noticed the shelves weren't as stocked as they could have been. It was the middle of the afternoon and some areas were fairly bare.

I'm not saying that the other reviews aren't valid, but my experience yesterday was a pleasant one.

Pharmacy is strong here. Efficient. Very polite staff.

Worst service ever in a pharmacy. The pharmacists seem that they're doing their work for free and show no humanity at all towards patients. Avoid this place
