The prices are affordable. There is lots of snacks and skin care upstairs, downstairs is beverages. I came recently to get birthday gifts and it is now my new favorite store, I try to squeeze in this store anytime I have plans. The workers are considerate and the location is safe, especially with the train station being directly out side. I love this store it's so pretty. (AMAZING PRICES AND STATIONARY IS SO GREAT TO WORK AND HANDLE)

Lots of great Korean and Japanese products that were not overpriced! I was impressed. I appreciated all the feminine products that are the best from Japan. They have lots of options for sunscreen, and then also have some home goods. Some options for Japanese food!

This was probably my favorite store in NYC, came here twice because there’s so much to look at. They have food, makeup, skincare, house and pet supplies, etc. The claw machines were fun too, we won pikachu on the first try.

This store is the shiz!
If you want a taste of Japan, than this is the place, they have it all: Japanese snacks, choclates, rammman from every flavor you cN imagine, rice candy, Japanese toys and what not!
We came to visit and left with a bag full !
My 5 cents: get ready for a grocery like no other !

I went on Sunday evening, and there were people but the place was not crowded. This shop is amazing if you like figures, beauty products, items, and food from Japan, Korea or other places from Asia. I enjoyed checking the figures on the first floor, and also bought one. And the second floor was also good, full of a good variety of products (I bought face masks, kitchen appliances, food). I must highlight that the figures had a very good price (I regret not having bought more). A must if you are in NYC.

Really fun store you can get lost in time at! So much to look at upstairs and downstairs. The staff is nice and helpful. Huge selection of blind boxes that are reasonably priced and high quality. The music and vibe of the store is fun as well. Again soooo many blind boxes!!! Lots of fun candy and drinks as well!

The variety of things you can try is insane! So many different type of drinks and some have anime on them which is fire. So many different snacks like cookies,chips,wafers and seaweed. They also have cute kawaii decorations especially the house of cats ((: The best part was they had sections of chopsticks and cute sets of plates & bowls. All the way in the back they have a beauty and skin care section. This is a cute grocery store that has everything you can think of.

Cute japanese general store, we just got a bunch of snacks. But they literally have everything else you can think of. They had kitchen utensils, games, snacks, drinks, candy, toys, and blankets.

Exhaustive inventory of Japanese toiletries, small house goods, make-up, anime collab items, and even some blind box toys. It's a fun place to peruse even if you don't need anything. Each aisle is clean and not overcrowded with product.

This place is really organized and really cute, I love everything about it. And it’s two floors!!

Great selection of Japanese items, much of which are things you can regularly see in Japan. It was clean and well organized, with a lot more options than smaller stores. It’s even nice to pop in to buy some quick snacks and drinks, and pick up a Gundam model kit while you’re at it!

My first time at TESO Life which is like a Japanese department store! They have a huge selection of drinks, toys, and household items. The snack and food selection is also very big so if you need any Japanese snacks this is the place. They also have a big selection of skin care and make up products. You definitely need to check this place out! The funniest part is all shoplifters have been photographed and posted outside!

Great store with lots of figures at the entrance of the store. Many selection of makeup products and snacks. Today when I checked out the cashier with the blue hair was really patient with me when I have to pick out the stuff that I don’t really need cuz it was over my budget, even tho I took like 5 minutes and there was a line behind me, she politely told me each products price. Great customer service, definitely come back to see her next time.

Fabulous department store chock full of Asian imported goods. I only wish the tags had English descriptions on them because I'm sure I'd buy more things. It was very clean and organized very well. They had a cosmetics department and lots of sunscreens, food items, home items, kitchen, cleaning, etc. It's like the Woolworths of Asian goods. Lots of fun trying to figure out what everything was. Have fun!

Best place for any japanese product you would want! Vast selection of cosmetics which is a must, very complete store from food to home appliances...a top spot for your japanese groceries. Mind you there's also Chinese products there too if you want to shop some. (I think the store is chinese community owned). I love the big cute deco on the wall when you go up 1st floor.

I could seriously spend hours in here. Good prices and a huge selection. Been here twice and both times I got a range of things. They basically have everything here, from beauty to food to cleaning supplies, everything.

Love coming here… especially for the snacks! Literally have everything you need and things you never knew you needed lol. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the staff has always been nice and pretty patient - I say this because I usually come with my toddler that likes to walk around and not realize she can kinda be in the way of those trying to get around lol (sorry)
