Sam's Club

I love Sam's. One day I had to have an order delivered. It was delivered on time. The lady who did the delivery actually even helped me bring one of the large boxes in the house. I have ordered Sam's to pick up. That went great. I have even ordered items to be delivered order came quickly. Nothing but cheers for all delivery types. Items I got were also grea!

Updated to a 5, as the club has made some improvements to the fuel center and the potholes around the store. The gentleman working the fuel center with the mustache is always very friendly and helpful if any problems. The lines are usually long, but they always have a good price for gas. Thanks for listening to feedback and trying to make some improvements!

I go to Sam's club quite frequently. It is well worth the money you spend. I only wish I had a Sam's Club card when my kids were home

THEY ARE GREAT!!!! The guys over in the Auto department really helped and saved me tons of money. I had a tire that wouldn’t come off. Instead of me having to take it to another mechanic, they did everything in their power to get it off. They saved me at least $400. Everyone was nice and extremely honest, and of course helpful. They were through and through with me on everything and made sure I knew what was going on. In the end, they got the tire off and made me the happiest person ever. DEFINITELY go there for any auto service needs!!! I know I will.

I love Sam's club. I buy in bulk because it is cheaper in the long run. The employees are very nice there

I absolutely love Sam’s club. We got there 7 minutes before they opened. There was a huge line behind us at the door. My anxiety wanted to leave but thanks to scan and go in the app and my husband pushing the cart we were in and out in less than 10 minutes with no line! I wish all stores had scan and go since they want us to do self checkout as it is.

The staff here is extremely friendly and goes out of their way. I had my first big seizure in this store and I’m so glad that the amazing staff was there to catch me as I fell and to take care of my son when I couldn’t. Thank you all so much. I can not express how much that means to me.

I've always had great experiences at Sam's Club but today was remarkable. Sylina (sp) , the manager at the optometrist's office was outstanding. She managed the walk-in clients well, greeted my kids and I. When it was our turn, she was prompt, informative and extremely helpful. She is a true asset and great human !!

Sterile wipes available to wipe down carts. Store is clean, aisles nice and wide. Very good selection of items. Employees are helpful and pleasant. If you want to buy in bulk, this is a great place to do that. Produce is usually pretty good. We don't buy much produce as it is too much for the 2 of us to eat before it goes bad. Onions, potatoes, blueberries, apples, carrots are what we usually buy because they last longer. We use the Sam's Club app and scan items as we pick them up. No longer need to wait in line at checkout. There are self check outs. Lines are not long at those when we shop. We shop in the mornings or early afternoon so not sure how checkouts are later in the day. We enjoy shopping here.

Store is clean and organized for the most part whenever we visit. It's also nice to see the store manager, Faith, working side by side and where she is needed. A lot of businesses would be a lot better off if they managers were like this, not afraid to get their hands dirty and what's necessary to keep things running as smooth as possible.

Sam's is not just a store, It's kind of a hangout for people who care about groceries. They make you feel like you're part of the team. Although I really miss their GM Tom M. I'm glad to see that the employees are still doing an outstanding job. Great meat department, produce & extra customer service & help from Sergi. Thanks for all your hard work. Semper Fi

First time there today! Was not busy, had alot of good deals. Check outs went fast

I was very impressed and pleased with the service and quality from the bakery. I ordered cake and cupcakes for my son's 2nd birthday and they exceeded my expectations and were so friendly throughout. I got a lot of other items from Sam's for the party and everything was perfect!

Love this place. Employees are friendly, with rare exception. They are helpful, to the best of their ability. Their customer service desk it top notch. Sam's Club doesn't carry everything we use, but it's almost always a good idea to check...because what they do carry is generally high quality and mostly up our alley. The only area for improvement, for us, would be if they carried more grain-free options...and had brands that avoided grains, soy and corn included in that no-no list, and no artificial sugar substitutes, no gmos...all rolled together - that kind of thing. Not having those options won't stop us from shopping here, because we can find those items elsewhere, but I always hope to be surprised to find some like this on a shelf there. That said, they have great options in cheese, beef, and lamb. Their pharmacist is super helpful. Sample days are fun. The store always seems well maintained. And it's nice to be able to buy do many things in bulk.

Definitely worth getting a membership here if you ever consider buying in bulk. Great selection, not too overcrowded, and some really great deals. It's easy to spend alot of money here though. You just have to keep in mind when you shop here, you got your membership to strictly buy in bulk. Because of this, if you have kids or a big family this store will quickly become your best friend.
