I have been shopping at JCPenney for years and I always find something I like.

They have a wide selection of products, from clothing and accessories to home goods and furniture.
They also offer great deals and discounts, especially during the holidays. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized.

I appreciate their rewards program and their easy returns policy.
JCPenney is one of my favorite stores and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality and value. 😊

They also have Vision Street Wear gear. I felt like I was transported back to 1988. If you have or ever had a McSqueeb haircut this is the place for you

Fresh to Death

This is my favorite place to buy Levi’s and Nike goods. There are hardly ever any people in the men’s section upstairs. The store is kept clean and organized. The cashiers are always friendly.

I generally hate clothes shopping. Going here is stress free. The dressing rooms never have a line. J.C. Penney always runs good sales on their in store brands as well. A good time to go is the end of season for great deals.

Their employees are awesome. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they have long term employees. The store is always clean. They stand behind their products. I love their sales!

Typical JCPennys location. Was clean and well kept. Lots of selections to look at. Plenty of registers open and a few employees about doing their jobs. We even found a few things to buy!

JC Penny has been around forever, they have everything you need and want and their prices are outlandish, they are comparable to other department stores. There is always a nice variety of items to choose from.

Ordered online and received email when it was ready to be picked up at Battlefield Mall store. I was able to park outside and enter near the pick up desk. Friendly staff and was on my way quickly.

I had my hair cut at the salon inside J.C Penny's from Ebbie best haircut I have had in a long time great prices as well. I will be back for sure.

I love being able to actually be in store...I shop from the app..being in store was a nice twist on my shopping. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

Large, clean 2 story store. Had everything I needed to Expand my wardrobe to Larger Sizes, while keeping the prices at very reasonable levels compared to other Fat Man stores and online prices. I'll be shopping here, regularly, now.

Love shopping here because they are officially cheaper than the thrift stores.

They have many selections of clothing styles, I like shopping here, I am able to purchase office wear clothes here, and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. They have a nice selection of purses and hand bags, a nice selection of kids clothes. I have never had a bad experience here with the staff, and will continue to shop here. I like shopping other places then walmart for clothes.

Great specials on jewelry, and good selections on clothing!

We had a good experience at JC Penney. They had a buy 1 get 1 half off on Levi's. There was only 1 dressing room open on the second d floor and it was busy. They did have a good variety of sized and colors.

I love this store!!! Their sale give you an enormous savings on their merchandise that it is a great help when shopping. The sales staff are very helpful and friendly.

Purchased a pair of shoes, that I wore out of the soul within 12 days! The cost was over $30 for them. The dept exchange the old shoes with new ones. They lists the shoes as a defected manufacturer structure. I had the original box & receipt. It was within the 45 day policy. I wore the new pair today and the souls on theses shoes are doing the same wear in the same spot.
