Michelle and Austin are absolutely awesome! You can tell they enjoy what they do, and enjoy helping other people just as much. They were able to answer any question I had, which was quite a few. If you see them at the store, let them know how great they are.

I always enjoy my trips when your rewards member it's not so bad I always have like discounts from points accumulated that I didn't realize I had so I'll always be saving some money left and right when I go in to purchase anything

It was amazing the lady helping us was so nice and kind and gave us great advice for finding the perfect consul and she didn’t try to sell us the most expensive one either but the one that we wanted and was best for us!

There was a misunderstanding on pricing but the lady I believe might be the manager got everything taken care. Hats off to her

I always go to GameStop when i get a new game that I'd rather have the disc over the digital for. Probably gonna head back in for the Witcher games soon!

We had an awesome experience here! One of the clerks, Jeremy, had such exceptional customer service skills. He was super pleasant to me and everyone else he interacted with. He clearly knows what he's doing.

Every time I come in here I receive great and friendly personal service. One of the guys turned me on to a game called the forest after taking at least 20 minutes of his time looking for games for me and chit chatting about my gaming preferences. I feel bad that I don't remember his name but he has that light frosted hair. You know who you are dude lol. The rest of the crew there is awesome as well and they never fail to provide top-notch quality service. Keep it up guys and thank you! I wanted to update my review for the frosted haired dude. I want to give recognition to Jordan. He assisted me and he was awesome. He was very helpful, patient, had good advice and was just generally pleasant. The location was out of both things I wanted (despite saying online they were in stock) so I could've easily left there feeling frustrated but he made the visit stick out for me as a positive due to my interaction with him.

Love stopping in and seeing the goodies. Gaming is life.

Just got a pro mem today from regular membership. The staff was extremely friendly and help us saved a lot. Definitely a come back from their before approach for their membership promotions. Love it! Definitely will be seeing a lot of me from this store. ❤
