Macy's

We went into Macys trying out the free cologne and fragrances. Catherine gave us great service and was very nice to us. We will definitely be sure to come back after such good service!

Stopped in for order pick up which I'd never done before. Was very smooth.
wish I had known which entrance to go to when I got there though.

The store was nice and staff friendly. The selection of brands was not as good as I expected.

Always has what I need. Christmas time the decorations are so festive and puts me in the spirit. I buy most of my gifts here.

Sized my sons watch for him, jewelry counter person very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great gift ideas here! Way more than I expected

This store is really the best to pick up online purchases and they also do very well with returns.

The people are kind and helpful and this store has seating for next to the returns desk with a active cell phone or device chargers.

They always remember my family and I when we go. Any inconveniences have been handled promptly, and the deals are really great for card members. You can also pay your card off right after your purchase.

Usually when you walk into a huge department store you are hit with a million different smells and a bunch of different sales people trying to get you to buy something you don't want. I walked in to a very nice smelling and calm environment, the saleswoman was very easy going and allowed me to look until I was ready to ask questions and to buy. I thanked her very much for this.

Love the perfumes here. They my cost 120$ a bottle sometimes more. But they last and smell so good. You too will smell good all day. Just try a bottle see what you think. I love it. Thank you Macy's

Always love shopping at Macy's! I drove an hour to get there. I picked up my online order for my granddaughter.

I went to the store to return an item I purchased online that arrived damaged. The customer service personnel were wonderful! They located a replacement in the store, went and retrieved it for me, and completed the whole process in about 15 minutes.

Well stocked store and easy to shop. Store was very neat and clean and each department was well defined and easily located. All the employees were helpful and friendly!

So Nice and welcoming unlike some places.... I really think Macys cares about their customers and they are always giving to charity to prove it.Everyone there is polite from the time you walk in until the time you leave.

The sales clerk was cheerful and friendly. Glad they open at 10 am and have great sales, unlike Dillards who didn't open till 11 am and hardly anything was on sale.
