Morgan is second to none! This gentleman, took time to look up part numbers based off a picture and a guess that I was coming into the store with. He was knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to to handle anything I threw at him. It may be a little farther of a drive than my closest store but you can guarantee I’m coming to this branch for anything pool/spa related that comes my way (even as a “pool professional”). They have had more parts readily available than most stores in the area which makes for a quick easy transaction and back on the road to be efficient and profitable as a small business.

First time pool owner. Employee named Morgen was very helpful in helping me understand the ph levels of my pool and what is recommended. Also went out of his way to help me load up shock, chlorine tabs, and other helpful tools he suggested.

The professionalism and customer care at the Crossroads is outstanding. Regardless of your pool size, or your experience level, this place has it all, and they’re very easy going and helpful, rather than pushy. I highly recommend this place.

Just recently bought a house with a pool and wanted to figure out how I could keep my pool clean so I called up there. The employee that helped me (Morgen) was very helpful and recommended everything I need to keep my pool clean

This place is always above and beyond. Professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! If you have a pool in the area, this is the place to go!! Amazing staff!!

Usually always have what I need, and if they don't have it in stock they will order it.

Went to others pool companies and no lie customer service was great, manager Sean helped us through purchasing a pool and gave us answers to our questions.

Very helpful staff. A good product selection and several locations.

Did something change here? This uses ro be the best Leslie's around. Showed up at 5:50 on 2-7. Supposed to be open until 6 and they are closed. We ordered a part - no one called us to tell us it was in or notified us it arrived. Then we drive 20 minutes and they closed early.

Went back the following day. Customer service said the part was delivered a week ago. They said they don't have it. Zero assistance beyond that. Glad they have our money and we have nothing.

Went to Denton store to get a part for my impeller and it was not in stock. They called the Crossroad store to see if they had it. The Crossroad employee said that they had it and for me head that way, which I did. Upon arrival at Crossroads the young man working the store told me that he didn't have it after all. He suggested I try the Lewisville or Plano stores (which are nowhere near Crossroads) but didn't offer to call to check those stores on my behalf. What a joke. A complete waste of my time and gas. So much for customer service.

The hours open are like a smoke shop 10-6. I arrived at this location in cross roads at 1030 on Monday March 20th and they still weren't open. That is just ridiculous, and says something about management here.

Would have given them "0 Stars", but that is not an option. Pool chemicals are over priced. Will not take returns on chemicals. I suggest going to Atwoods. Their prices on salt and acid are less than half the price at Leslie's. Will be taking my business else where.

dont waste your time the manager doesnt know what customer service is . took a pool sweep in and they had it 4 days said he could find anything wrong but never took it apart to check it , so i guess he has magical powers. then started degrading the unit itself , now thats a real salesman. this store will not make it with him in charge. im driving back to denton to get real service.
