I love this location. I've never had a bad experience here, and I come here a lot. Every employee is top-notch! They're friendly, quick, and handle packages with care.

Their scales are wrong. They are overcharging for shipping. I sent a package that should have weighed less than 2 pounds and got charged for a 20 lb package. My fault for not noticing right away, but I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

UPDATE: Melissa was awesome. Making sure I got refunded for the difference in the cost. Happy to keep shipping here.

The lady I dealt with was absolutely helpful when I called! She did all the extra processing over the phone, so when I came in, it was quick enough that my toddlers didn't have the chance to run amok in their store. 👍👍

All staff are friendly. Wait time is outstanding. I have never has an issue with this store. It's the best.

I’ve been to this UPS location 25+ times since moving to the area this past year. I have had a pleasant experience each time. The staff is always kind and helpful. The line is often times long at the times I visit but I don’t fault the store or the workers for that, as the workers are always so efficient getting people in and out.

Every visit has been a great one! Everyone is very friendly and so helpful with the process for returns or sending out packages to family throughout the states. They do an amazing job with safely packing the items to send out for me and have never had any issues or concerns. Always my go-to spot :)

Being a small business owner I frequent this UPS store five days a week for the past four plus years. John and his staff over that time have been quite helpful from helping me carry in my packages for shipment to completing my printing needs. I suppose a lot of people who are not frequent shippers fail to understand the cost involved in shipping these days. I know from experience and comparison shopping this store offers a competitive price for shipping and printing services. As far as parking goes it's a good thing The UPS Store has two designated spots for parking...especially when you have a trunk full like I often do. This is a busy strip shopping center therefore an alternative choice is to use The UPS Store's back entrance. There's lots of parking. Use their doorbell and an associate opens the door quickly. Thank you John and the rest of the staff for making my shipping needs so much easier.

Went in to ship something, had some problems that were from my end, but Dev helped me and they were so cool and friendly and amazing! Dev really killed it and I can’t thank them enough 😁 they deserve a promotion and a raise and a vacation and even a company car 🔥

I have never had any issues with bringing my packages to mail them out. I have even dropped off items for the USPS and they have all arrived to their destination. The staff that I have interacted with have always been respectful and more than helpful with any questions or suggestions about whatever my packaging needs might have been.

I loved my experience with UPS Store at Cross Roads. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I needed signs printed for our annual Christmas Parade, and they were not only very helpful in the design and layout of the sign, but packaged perfectly for easy distribution. I highly recommend UPS Cross Roads for all your needs, and not just for shipping!

I had the pleasure of working with John from this store. He picked up my items (roughly 15 boxes) without hesitation or complaint, packaged it & shipped it to me in Leander Texas. He was more than fair on the pricing & the packaging was one of the best I have seen. I wish I could give more stars!!

Great customer service. I go here almost daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even when shipping through USPS I'd rather stay local and visit my friends at The UPS Store than travel to the post office to just be treated rudely and receive practically no assistance.

I am a regular customer of this location for many reasons: Everyone is always helpful and friendly, the owner John is awesome, and I can do any printing that I need!! I’ve gotten beautiful banners made here and printed vibrant posters. This place never disappoints!

John and his staff are excellent. Friendly service. I have shipped some bulky and pricey items that are packed well by the staff and make it to the destination will no concerns. I even get compliments from my buyers about how well the items were packed.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The store can get pretty busy at times, and they do their best to get me out of there quickly.

Great service! Have used this store to make copies, send packages and Amazon returns, printing and notarizing, and they’ve done great every time.

Friendly and busy. Don't park in the ♿ space or they will give you a $500.00 ticket. The police will check to see if you are the one on the permit. It's sad but that's how desperate they are for your money. But the UPS store is always a good place to ship stuff I have never had an issue.
