Red Lobster

Placed an order online for Fish and Chips as well as a Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad. Easy ordering, no wait, it was ready when I arrived. Food was absolutely delicious. I was greeted when I arrived and directed to the friendliest to go specialist Dejah. Will DEFINITELY be ordering again soon.

Wonderful experience overall. We got sat pretty quickly and not long after had drinks and food ordered. Food was amazing and the $20 lobster + shrimp may be the way to go. The service was responsive and while the food did take a minute it wasn’t anything unreasonable. The bathroom floor was sticky but did have all the necessities and smelled pretty good for a bathroom.

We got there at 8:15 and they closed at 9. We felt bad for getting there so late. They was like it no problem, and told us there would be a 15-minute wait. There were 6 of us, and we spent $173 without tip. We tiped cash. The Fiod was fresh, all of it. I got the fish and chips. They fish was so crispy and delicious. My wife got the all you can eat shrimp, lids got lobster and shrimp and popcorn shrimp, and my dad got the maple glazed grill chicken. The bacon Mac n cheese was bomb AF. I believe our waiter ls name was Dizzy. The dude was amazing. We drove from Keller to eat here with my dad, and it didn't disappoint. The Bahama Momma hit the spot too. I highly recommend!

We went the weekend before Valentine's Day, and they were very busy, so we sat at the bar. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. I accidentally spilled my beer, yeah, rookie move, but she immediately got it cleaned up and brought me a new one. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the fish and chips dinner (smaller portion than expected), and my husband ordered the ultimate feast. My coleslaw was warm, and I like my coleslaw cold, so that is my only complaint. I'm still giving a 5 star rating!

We had a great experience! The new dragon calamari is so good! Our server was great, the food was excellent, and the Jared the manager was friendly and made sure our experience was fantastic. We will be back.

Our waitstaff, Desi, gave us excellent service and exceeded our expectations. My gluten free order was perfect and with elderly friends the patience was much appreciated. Love the allergy notebook/menu- shows that Red Lobster really cares about their customers.

We go here once a month and it has become a favorite for my oldest son. He can eat all the shrimp he wants for $25 and it gives him a variety. The drinks aren't to strong for what you pay. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

We had a great time there, and our server was fantastic. The food was wonderful, and the place was clean. They had plenty of staff on hand.

The atmosphere is like every red lobster lot of drowns and an orangish red the service was great our server's name was Rachel the food was great the shrimp fest is 100% worth it.

We got there at 4 pm, and we were seated quickly. The waitress took our drink order and brought them quickly, and then it all went downhill from there. We ordered an appetizer, and it arrived 35 minutes later. We finished that and waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to stop by, and she apologized for the long wait. 8 minutes later, she came by and told us there was a mixup in the kitchen and that our food would be out soon. 10 minutes later, our food arrived. From that point on, it was 10 to 15 minutes before the waitress would stop by. If you needed refills or more sauces, it was a very long wait to get it. By the time we got our check and paid it was 6:00pm.
Come on, Red Lobster, you can do better.

After the corporate office reached out to me, we decided to visit again. This place did everything perfect. The food wasn't overcooked, the service was excellent, (Alexis you were the best). The attention to detail was amazing. It appears some hard work and retraining has been implemented by the management. Thank you Red Lobster for bringing back the food and service I remember.

My wife and I drove from Keller to Denton for a shopping trip and we’re deciding on places for dinner for seafood. I was reading all the negative reviews for Red Lobster in Denton and was a little hesitant to go after my wife’s insistence

I can happily report I’m so glad we decided to have dinner here as it was an Awesome experience. Our server Caleb took awesome care of us. The food was really good along with great customer service from the time we checked in.

We were seated quickly, food order was taken by a very nice young man (Mathias), delivered hot and in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean and seemed to be well staffed, wait staff was friendly but extremely efficient.

My twin was craving crab legs so we came to the denton red lobster. Service was excellent! The food was prompt and delicious as always. Drinks were great. I think i got the Malibu hurricane or something like that. Best batch of cheddar bay biscuit as well.

We had lunch today and were very pleased with our experience. The service was prompt. My mom eats small portions so they offered the kids menu which was perfect. The biscuits were great, as usual. The shrimp was good too. Our waiter made sure we always had full glasses. I definitely recommend this location and will return.

Food and service was perfect!

I personally loved the ambiance and service. They all are very polite. Food was really good. Shrimp was very well cooked. We went on a Monday expecting a less crowd. But we had to wait for 20-30 mins. It was always a good idea to call and check for a table. Except for the wait time, we had a great time. But I would say it was all worth it.

Food was amazing as always! Shout-out to our server Caleb for being quick to get us served.

Update: 9/2023- We went back today and the food has gotten even better. They have a new menu and much better crab legs. They are bigger and the new seasonings are delicious. I was shocked when are bill came because it was so much cheaper than usual. My husband enjoyed the all you can eat shrimp for $20 and I got the crab legs for $26.99. Not bad at all. Deja was a great server and her drink and food recommendations were on point. Definitely out favorite restaurant right now! We also got a free dessert for my birthday. 10/10!
