I was very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the service staff was very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by the staff with smiling faces. It has been a few years since I have been into a service center. So I immediately felt at ease. I was shown to a nice waiting area and offered coffee. They asked questions to make sure my scheduled visit matched what was on file. I think his name was Brad that came and let me know the results of the overall check of my tire and all point check on the rest of the vehicle. I was satisfied with the price and this morning when I didn’t have any issues with that tire. I was 100% satisfied to continue to allow my vehicle to be serviced here for all its future needs. Amazing service! Our sales guy Jeffrey Ramsbottom was such a nice young man! No pressure and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle! And other vehicles we were comparing it to - even other brands. He showed me how to use all the features of my new vehicle too! Helped me set up my account as well! This was by far the quickest, easiest and BEST car purchase experience we’ve ever had! You need to give him a raise and bonus! Oh and even the finance guy was fantastic! No pressure either…but informed us of all options! All around amazing team!! I had the pleasure of purchasing a new transmission from the parts department here. I am so very impressed with the staff here. I worked with Kendal and Tori in the parts department, and they were so very patient with me. The pricing was very fair. They also delivered the transmission, and helped my husband pick-up and put on the transmission jack, and they didn't mind taking my core with them! Thank you so very much Nissan parts department! I had a great experience with David in purchasing my new Pathfinder. He was very patient while I decided what I wanted. Although I had an issue with one of the other managers during the purchasing process, manager Alex Bishop handled it personally and went above and beyond to ensure that I got financing terms that I was comfortable with. I was surprised by the way that they were so transparent in explaining what they were able to do and why, and didn’t try to slide in a bunch of hidden costs as you see with many dealerships.

I was very happy and thoroughly impressed with the customer service they gave us. James from the service department, was the individual that assisted me the whole time that our car was serviced. My daughter attends UNT in Denton and I live in San Antonio. I was worried about her getting service and getting it done correctly. I had to get the car towed there to Nissan, and James assisted me the whole time.
He walked her through everything he did, and showed her how to work everything. I’m very happy with them, and I definitely will go there again from here forward! Thank you again James!!

They were very friendly and prices are great. This is a new owner. The other owners quoted a price very high on what we needed done. So we put it off for 5 months. During that time new owners took over. Bought it back here for we needed it fix so it would pass inspection. They quoted a price on what we needed done $900. 00 cheaper than the other dealer. We own 2 Nissan we will bring them here to get fixed.

A representative named Tyler assisted us with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Nissan we bought. From beginning to end he was accommodating. For example, he stayed late to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Tyler went above and beyond to make us feel respected. The Nissan dealership was also very kind and helpful as we worked out a deal to do a trade in. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you to the whole team who stayed to help us.

I bought my Nissan Rogue here over a year ago, Tori helped me navigate my trade in and get the best deal. She set me up with a great team! I took my car back today for service (oil change and tire rotation) and Brandon made it easy for me to get in and out. I have taken my car there in the past for an oil change and I waited in the lobby for hours, but with Brandon he assured me he'd get me in and out and I was gone in about 40 minutes. Great service, worth the drive!

Thanks Tyler for a pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. Tyler demonstrated years of experience in sales and customer service beyond his youthful appearance. Tyler will schedule and notify me of my 2 years of oil changes. Finance did a wonderful job finding a lender and payment within my budget. Thrilled with my 2020 RAM.

First, the truck that was serviced is my husband's, Gregory Taylor so this survey represents his opinion and not mine. The staff was wonderful. Brandon told me that they looked more in depth into the issue my husband was having with his entertainment console and realized there was a service update that was needed and may be the cause of why my husband was having issues with it every time he used it. Used it on a recent trip and it performed flawlessly and did not black out as usual. Thank you guys so much, that may be all that was needed.

Went by on 8/2/23 after seeing a truck on their website. Went to the dealership to check on the truck and was kindly greeted by Dave. He grabbed the keys quickly and we took off on a test drive. Once we got back he was very professional and my main thing, (not pushy). He said from the beginning, if anything didn’t look right or how I wanted it to, to let him know and we’d stop there or figure something else out. In the end I bought the truck and mainly because of how well they treated me. It was by far the best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle. It was so good, that my wife is also now planning on buying something from Dave once we figure out what direction she wants to go as well. 5/5 GO SEE DAVE!

I recently had an oil change done on my vehicle. They were somewhat busy but still managed to get it in and finished in a decent time. Apparently I had prepaid oil changes from the other dealer I didn't know about. They found that and used one. The last place didn't do that so I appreciate them going above and beyond.

I've had personal and through other people's experience, that purchasing a car at a dealership can be very rough. I was stressing before going up to the dealership, and unfortunately already painted a picture about how my experience was going to go. Once I got there, my negativity went away immediately when I met with Jackson Morin. He made the process extremely easy going and genuine. He answered any questions he could and made sure to ask higher-ups for any questions he didn't know. He listened to my situation I was going through and offered personal advice as well as give me options to look at my timeline and was very patient. At the end of the day, I understand that this was a purchase and that may make some customers feel and think of it as a business transaction, but Jackson as well as the whole Four Stars Nissan team completely blew me away with how personable they are. I can not recommend this team and dealership any higher.

Anthony is my go to guy. I drive all the way from Plano to bring my vehicle to him because I always get outstanding service and honesty from this dealership. The Nissan in Lewisville sold me a bad transmission and told me there isn’t anything they could do. I rather drive the extra few miles and come here.

We had a very pleasant car buying experience purchasing our new Rogue from Four Stars Nissan. We worked with Nate Farahani. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and NOT pushy, which we really appreciate. He answered all of our questions and the dealership was very upfront with pricing with no hidden fees. Would highly recommend this dealership and Nate!

I was looking for a specific color/trim/optioned Pathfinder and they had it at Four Stars. They were helpful over the phone, and we made the one-hour drive to Corinth. Dealt with Charles and Dylan, both were very helpful. Yordan the finance manager was fair , honest and very thorough explaining the terms of the contract and what we were purchasing.
Very happy, so I highly recommend. I’ll be making the drive there for future purchases.

The service department is amazing! We were on vacation, headed back to Phoenix AZ, and got a flat tire. They helped us out quickly and we were soon back on the road. Even though we didn't purchase our 2023 Rogue there they provided us with the best customer service as if we had. Extremely caring, friendly, and helpful staff.
