Walmart Supercenter

I didn't actually get what I went there for, they didn't have what I wanted in stock. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and did all he could to make sure the service I needed done or the tools to do it myself wasn't available that day. I did as I always do and found the clearance aisle and bought something for my uncle and me to clean the tires on our motorcycles. I love the clearance aisle at Walmart!

The curbside at this store is top notch. The shopper named Bryson in particular has gone above and beyond in customer service. He has a great attitude, is so polite and cares about representing the company well. We need more people like him in the world.

Happy this location is stepping it up. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were happy to scan and bag my groceries for me!

I like this location, and it's an upgraded Wal-Mart. Nicer clothes selection. Lots of self checkout. I never have to wait in a line. Well stocked, too.

First time ever to this location. I had the best customer service. Gaylynn was amazing. She really knows the meaning of customer service. Thank you Gaylynn for making my first experience in your store a very positive one.

I have had 2 instances this week where their services have gone above and beyond customer service expectations!

Earlier this week, I tried using my card to get bread and some things for my kids and it was not working. I had the pleasure to be helped by Hollis, one of the managers, and he kindly took care of my $7 tab. Most people wouldn't think that was a big deal but he could have told me that's too bad and take the things back, like I have seen happen.

Just now, I loaded my van up and left Wal-Mart only to get home with no phone OR wallet--- I left them in my cart!!! I drove back and went to guest services to find both up there with all the money still there. I had every thought in my mind it would be gone bc people just suck nowadays but a young man by the name of Saint (I swear I didn't make this up) saved my life.

Thank you to the staff of Walmart Crossroads for being the best. This tired Mama appreciates it so much! ❤

This Walmart Supercenter has one of the largest selections of merchandise available. They also offer a much wider variety of nuanced, niche items! WARNING: Their pharmacy always has a LONG WAIT, but usually has most medications in stock. Also, ONLY SELF-CHECKOUT available at night 10pm-7am.

I was actually in self check out and i was in the wrong lane(meant for customers with a few items) and the very friendly employee offered to switch me over. Even everything i had scanned already. Wow. Thank you

A warm welcome upon entry was a significant plus. The store maintained a pristine environment, and I effortlessly located the items I needed.

I had a grocery pickup today from this location and the employees name was Daniel and he was so kind and professional when he helped to load my things. I definitely appreciate people that take a personal interest in others. Thanks Daniel 😄

Good as always. They had everything I needed today, and the checkout line was also fast today.

Does the job cheap products and folks are not too bright but again, Cheap no incentive to do better

This Wal-Mart is clean and very nice. We went between 4-5 p.m. it was busy but no one was rude or pushy. Asked for help from an associate and it was given promptly and she was friendly. There are a bunch of self-checkouts at this store, didn't care for that but we found an open cashier. There were a few things I didn't care for but it's a personal preference, not a gripe about the store.

When to Walmart today to pick up few items for my RV. At the cash register I decided I need some cash so I hit the button for $100.00. got my receipt and left. Going down rode I noticed I had no cash. I just new someone after me had a gift today and I was good with that. I decided to call just for kicks and was told that one of the attendees had turn my $100.00 in to customer service. There is still some good people in this world. P.S. still need to find the young lady that turn the money end, will look for her tomorrow.

I love walmart you can find everything here! The price are reasonable too
