Harbor Freight Tools

I had to replace a few items that were stolen. I saw a sale for everything that I needed. I saved a lot and got some very good items. Even the bag was on sale. The reviews on the items were great, and so far, I have not had any problems.

The store staff are always very helpful. Diane was very delightful and very helpful. She always know right where thing are and more then willing to check to see if an item is in back. Never have had a bad experience with Diane or any of the employees at this location. I have noticed on a review of a person saying some pretty over the top comments about an employee and I just had to add my 2 cents. Yes it is policy not to look up your order and like most places you need to have your receipt. I have had no problem keeping my receipts. I do feel that guys review was made up mostly in his head. As everyone has always been great to deal with at this location.

The place is clean, stocked with what products are listed on their site, and the staff was exceedingly polite. They also offer a simple reward program. They only ask for a name and phone number and your purchases contribute to a discount later, I believe. Nothing like spam emails, letters, etc. Good experience

Had a great experience in the store. I definitely want give cudos to the store manager Ms. Diane she had an unruly customer in front of a store full of customers and she handled the situation superbly!!! Special thanks to Mr. Adian for all his information and help as well.

As much as I like Home Depot, and prefer the name brands they sell there for many items in tools and paint, etc., for the things you need that are disposable, nothing beats Harbor Freight for price and getting it right now.

The employees are very polite and help you out (unlike many times I've been to various Home Depots around the country, or Tractor Barn in Aubrey on 377, which I’ve had some problems with—although by no means all the time!)

For instance, I was looking for a set of two wheeled wheelbarrow tires and they were around $45… EACH---at Home Depot and I got them both at Harbor Freight for $55.
I would go here for consumables: gloves, grinder cutting wheels, drill bits, screws, and nails. That sort of thing.

This is a great place to buy cheap tools. I use my tools hard at work and they last pretty well. I’ve only ever broken one and it had a lifetime warranty so I just went back and got a new one. There was no annoying paperwork or anything they just switched them out on the spot.

My experience at this Harbor Freight was good. They had what I needed at a good price and great service.

Way more options and cheaper than home Depot or Lowe's when it comes to tools. Shelves are stacked full, neat and easy to find. The staff is also very helpful.

I'V used lots of tools from fright for many years. I still have most of still working today. The one did fail I got 0ver 10 years some more until I woke them death. No bad far the price you pay for ther tools.

Can't go wrong with Harbor Freight!! A go to place for tools that won't break the bank..

Outstanding customer service. Could not be happier with my experience at Harbor Freight.

Was able to find everything I was looking for (gun safe, ear muffs, and safety goggles). Store was clean and isles were clearly labeled. The prices are very reasonable. Got everything for less than I would have paid on Amazon. Will go back when I have more time to look around.

I bought both #toolbox and it was a lot cheaper than #snapon it was $250 with the warranty with no questions for each !! Great prices and cheap

Well stocked good quick service

Had a really great experience. I was looking for an impact wobble. Two places for them to be, but was out of stock on both racks. I asked for help from a lady up front. She went in back for a little while, but came out with a box of them. What a win, always great help at this location.

This location was amazingly clean, neat and well-stocked when I visited.

They've recently rearranged the checkout area and it looks great. Friendly service as well!

I like this store are always very helpful, I bought a 3 ton jack I could've loaded myself but 2 Young men brought it out and loaded it up for me. I really appreciated them doing that. GREAT SERVICE!!

I like the prices, but most stuff won't hold up compared to US made products, but alot of products are great if you are in a bind or grab to get by job done. There is a restocking fee of 20% if you purchases are opened and returned. But if you are like me and not crazy about returns it's cheap & affordable enough to toss if you don't need it.
Nice people & knowledgeable staff.Wished there was one on the north side around Razor Ranch.

Was looking for a garden tool (tree pruner) and found for LESS THAN HALF of what Home Depot asks for the same tool. Highly recommend start shopping here for any tool and only use HD or Lowes if Harbor don't have or can't order for you.
