The Lisle UPS Store is very convenient, the staff is always efficient and helpful. The line can get a bit backed up at "popular times," but it usually moves quickly.

Kian helped us in the most professional way. No wonder why this UPS store has more reviews than the rest of the UPS in the 5 miles radius around. Keep up the good work guys, appreciate your help.

Needed a notary service for my ID verification. This being the nearest UPS store to my house, I just walked in and met Ana there. She is a thorough professional, kind and helpful. Helped me to get the documents notarized. Thanks a lot, Ana!

Love that they keep an online record of your shipments just in case you need to follow up on a shipment that you lost your tracking receipt for.

I love this location! We’ve had a mailbox there for the past 3 years and continue to renew our contact yearly because of the staff. I work mostly with Ana and Tracy. You cannot find nicer people who embody the phrase “customer service”. I always look forward to

I was desperately in need of help making a complicated memorial invitation. Erin came to my assistance and made me 50 within 24 hours! They came out classic and beautiful. I think Erin is one of the best!

This store has been a lifesaver for me before Christmas. Erin does such a great job professionally printing my Christmas cards that I’ve gotten so many questions from friends asking what website I’m using. Imagine their surprise when I tell them UPS! Anna has been incredibly helpful for all my Amazon returns, shipping needs, and other random questions I have before the holidays. This is also a great place to buy stamps without dealing with the lines of USPS. All and all just go here to be relieved of all your holiday stress.

Ana and Tracy are wonderful! They are quick to help, always friendly, and I know I can trust any personal or university documents in their good care. I regularly ship to my doctoral students and it is a seamless process. Thank you Lisle UPS for always being there to help!

I have always had such a great experience coming to this UPS store. They have great workers who are so helpful and always give a big smile (under their mask that is), especially Ana and Tracy! 10/10 would recommend going here!

I have used this store for years and always been pleased with the courteous and caring service I receive. I have a mailbox which makes receiving deliveries so much easier and when I send packages I get updates on the progress of each package until it reaches the final destination. Highly recommend!

They have a high-quality 3D printer. I had a turbo grille emblem 3D printed for my car and it turned out great. It has been on my car for over a year and it is holding up very well. The staff at this location are very friendly. Very good customer service.

I usually use the Lisle store, but have visited the Naperville stores as well. Every staff member has been courteous and so very helpful. Knowing the stores are owned locally helps me "shop local" to keep our communities strong.

Erin at the Lisle UPS store has compassion and stellar work ethic. She helped us by preparing all the photos and posters for our son's funeral. The images were quality , she had suggestions for prints to help us organize the displays and create a visual archive of his life. She was able to make last minute handouts and a quick poster for the blood drive in his honor after the location had to change due to the pandemic. We thank her and the UPS store in Lisle for excellent work during trying times.
