The Lisle Jewel is the WORST store I have ever shopped in and I've complained before! Out of sale items , milk, water and usually, whatever I went there for! The Manager didn't offer any help - just said he needs to do better ! REALLY?!

Julie, store manager is such a harder worker and devoted to her job! I needed a price match and was greeted with a warm smile as Julie took her time and made sure I was taken care of! Thank you for such great service!

This Lisle Jewel is always well lit, clean, uncluttered aisles.
Most of the time, they do have the items they advertise on sale. One of the 2 do to Jewels for me, the other being Woodridge.
I just wish self checkout people would volunteer to scan large items that could stay in the cart such as cases of soda, beer, milk because the self check out countertop have no room since the bag holders are right there.
I did have to grab the attention as did others to do manuel issues with self check out as there was a clucking hens convention going on.
I don't mind chatting, but when customers have to get your attention, it makes self checkout not pleasant for the average person.

My 84 year old dad & I had to make a stop on Christmas Eve day for last minute provisions. The staff was really helpful, especially one gent in produce who seemed to also cover half the store! Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Great prices on items needed..friendly service

This store has a variety if food from all cultures. I really with they would of had pepsifree on the shelf. I had to go to another store for that purchase.

This store generally has what I need the price is close to whole foods ,but jewel has baggers and they definitely do a great job

I had to come back and change my review. As it seems they brought in someone who really changed things around here.
It is now my pleasure to shop this store.
The staff is warm and friendly always willing to give a helping hand. My favorite cashier I am not sure if I got her name right. Charmaine is EVERYTHING a Jewel associate should aspire to be! I have witnessed her do amazing things for her customers.
The staff in Deli is so helpful and friendly as well. Willing to make you something if it's not out. And lord help them on Cheap Chicken Monday! The bakery is also just as lovely and helpful. I could go on and on about Staff here. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & STAY SAFE WE NEED YOU ALL IN THIS!

This jewel is pretty cool they always treat me the same with respect and smiles plus they are pretty fast when it come to checking out, even though I mostly go for the lotto machine that's there. 😆 lol, they also have good prices with the just for u App.

The store is always clean, well stocked and staff is always helpful and friendly. Pharmacy staff is great as well. Pleasant to shop at the Lisle Jewel.

The deli is actually open till 9 and they have excellent deli customer service

This store is amazing!!
Just the right size....not massive like supercenters and very well stocked with everything imaginable and not imagined!! If I were a single lady I would shop here every night for my dinner as they have single servings of ready to heat and eat delicious and nutritious meals! Their produce and meat selection is amazing and presented beautifully!!

Convenient location and great staff! The pharmacy staff were incredibly helpful in filling my cat's prescription and making sure I got the best price.

Really clean! Always well stocked, and really friendly staff! Sometimes I drive a little further just to go to this Jewel!

A place for nice flowers n all

Great place for everything extra you need. Really you go here for selection and random foods not held at aldi. Friendly staff and good service every time I enter. I once knocked over a bottle of cheap vodka and the lady was more then happy to help clean up!

Just wanted to recognize the attendant at the self checkout. I believe her name is Charmane. I frequent this jewel because I sometimes run out of product at the restaurant I manage near by. She’s always so polite and positive. We need more workers out there like her.

Jewel always has what I am looking for. The only thing I don't like about Jewel is their checkout receipts. They are very hard to read and verify that proper charges have been applied.

Consistent quality over many years and good prices. Jewel has endured and improved where the others have failed. Bought strawberries, blueberries and raspberries today, each for $1.88 in midwinter. Who doesn't like that kind of deal?
