Walgreens

The pharmacy is wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly and professional, the only issue is that it gets so backed up and extremely busy which is the managements fault for not hiring more staff. But the people who work there are great.

Today I spoke with Nicole, a pharmacy tech, I believe, and she was extremely helpful and polite. You are lucky to have her in your employ. My regular Walgreens was out of my medication, and was told that the Lisle store had it. She had to wait for the time-release safe to open, but was very patient and resolved my issue as the Lisle store did have it. I did not have the same experience calling other Walgreens for the medication. Thank you very much Nicole.

To all of the bad reviewers out there - Hey, it's a pharmacy - not a fast food service! Yeah you might wait a bit if it's busy, but do you want someone to screw up a drug in your prescription? Also, ask yourself, "Would I like to be behind that counter?" I've had my frustrations - Especially when a med has been out of stock for months. But, the employees have always been kind and patient with me. Shout out to head pharmacist Rick! Stop being a bunch of Karen's people!

this is probably the best walgreens i’ve been in so far, the employees are so kind, and the store is very organized. this walgreens also has a wonderful plethora of items ranging from home goods, to clothing. also the items sold are at extremely reasonable prices.

I was at the pharmacy last night and needed a prescription for my wife. There were 12 cars in line, inside there were 10 people in line. Flu season!
The pharmacy folks were working incredibly hard to get all the customers served before closing.

They was a not unexpected problem while picking up in the drive thru. The person helping me was incredible. While solving the problem she was even courteous enough to others in line to ask me to drive around the building and keep the cars in line moving.

All companies will have problems while serving customers. It is the way they solve these problems that separate them. The employee not only solved my problem but did so in a way that was focused on serving all customers. Thank you.

I dropped 70 dollars in this store and realized I lost the money a few hours later. I called the store, and an employee, Brain (sorry if I misspelled his name), had found the money and turned it in!!! I wasn't even going to call the store because I thought "who would turn in cash if they found it?" But this walgreens employees are HONEST and people that actually care. I am incredibly thankful to that team! God bless you Brain!

Stopping in at Walgreens, 1010 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532 is always quick and easy. They have a drive through pharmacy drop off and pick up as well. Good friendly staff here at this store location and one unique thing is they don't have a JPMorganChase Bank ATM inside it's a Harris Bank ATM as this entire corner of Route 53 & Maple Avenue is owned by Harris Bank.

Sincerely thank you to the friendly & generous staff at this Walgreen's branch. I was out cycling and ran out of water. Forgot my wallet. they let me use rewards points to get a bottle of water up to the max, and covered the balance for me! Thanks again!

I love this Walgreens so much, I come here all the time, and the cashiers are nice except the lady with the white and brown hair, she’s mushy sometimes but I’m just speaking from the heart. Ok bye sexy mama

My prescriptions are always available as scheduled or I am called with information about why there’s a delay and an update on delivery information. The store is very clean and staffed by friendly and helpful people.

The pharmacist used a random coupon to make my prescription almost half the price cheaper Because I don't have insurance, thank you!

Excellent staff outside the Pharmacy. As for the Pharmacy they tend to be so busy pleasantries are not always there.
