Everytime I go there, it's quick and easy. Idk if people are going in there to look for friends or what, but drop your package(s) off and leave. Simple

Excellent service. Friendly staff. All my visits from returning Amazon items to shipping family antiques to California have been positive. We did have to submit one claim for a chipped foot on a very large ceramic piggy bank. The store submitted the claim and kept us informed on the progress. Since we had them pack the item, we received our shipping costs back plus insurance money to have the chipped foot repaired.

Return of winter garment through Amazon. Item was delivered FedEx, return label USPS. After approval from Amazon and seller, directed to ship UPS. Associate emailed label from my phone to his location, put on box and taped shut. 10 minutes time. Make sure you have everything you need to make Return. Excellent!!!

OUTSTANDING service! There were two young guys who were really helpful and had a smile on their face even with a long line out the door, and a man named Pat who really went above and beyond to make sure my custom oil paintings were packaged wonderfully. The paintings arrived perfectly and the recipient mentioned how well they were packaged. I was initially nervous to mail them, they were so busy I couldn’t stay but he let me know he would personally make sure they were safe - and put my mind at ease. Thanks Pat!

They mentioned there were new owners, maybe that’s why the other reviews were so bad. I would definitely go back for any shipping needs.

Came in close to closing needing the label printed for my package. Super friendly young man gave me the Wi-fi and store email address and got my label printed while still helping other patrons. I even brought tape and scissors to attach the label because they were so busy but he assured me they'd take it from there. I've been going to this store for a few years now and the service was so-so. However, the last two times I've been here the employees have been very helpful and patient. I hope with the rumors of new management that this place gets more and more positive reviews. :)

Yeah man, these guys are great. Handle all of my Amazon returns, super easy. Only thing that sucks is the current construction on 75th Street that makes it hard to get out, but that's not on them that's on the brilliant civil engineering of Kenosha. These guys are clutch despite that stuff.

I have had a PO box here for the last year and a half. I have zero complaints. I'm in often, either picking up packages or dropping off packages for Amazon. Yes it's busy, busiest times are lunch and right after work. That being said they are always appropriately staffed for the time of day. As a fellow patron please, please, have your stuff together before wasting time at the counter. The only issue I've ever seen have been ppl who just don't understand how the system works. That slows down everyone. I don't think it's fair to rate the employees negatively b/c the customer doesn't have their documents together. I see this a lot and I've never seen an employee be rude about it, though when busy the explanation of how it works may be lacking for obvious reasons. I'm always greeted by name and even when it's busy they hustle to get me in and out. Bridgette and crew (Sorry I wish I knew everyone's name!) are always polite and welcoming.

Even with a crowd they were quick and efficient.

The blonde - Ash, is my favorite service clerk! I purposely only come to this location because I trust her and have had only the BEST treatment with her. She’s maybe the only one there who seems like she actually knows how to do her job - her coworkers would be lost without her. I hate using the mail system but she just makes my life so much easier. Appreciate that gorgeous tinker bell ✨

This UPS Store is Awesome. I'm a online retail Sup that deals w return complaints and lost UPS packages. The few times I've been in here the female staff have been quick, patient, helpful, and professional.

Store is close and service is very good!

I showed up just before closing. They close at 3 on Saturday's. They were obviously tired from a long day but were extremely courteous, even to the people who ignored the closed part.

This is a locally owned UPS Store. You can ship your packages from here. You can also have your packages shipped to the store for safe delivery. They also have personal mailboxes They also offer packaging materials and help so that you can ship your package.Along with office and mailing supplies. They do have faxing, scanning and shredding.

I've never had a problem here. Even when the line was all the way to the door it was always quick in and out. Friendly staff. Mainly used this store for Amazon returns only mailed a few personal packages.

The staff knew exactly what they were doing.
