Pick n Save

I frequently shop here. The store has always been clean, stocked, and organized whenever I have shopped there.
The customer service has always been great. Employers overall are helpful and friendly.

I was in the store briefly this morning with my autistic daughter. She was struggling but there were a few groceries we needed prior to the snow storm. My daughter immediately was overwhelmed and I knew we were close to a meltdown. Your employee (my receipt says Amy) saw our need and helped us get out of the store as quickly as humanly possible.

In a world that is not always kind to strangers, she showed kindness. That kindness was part of her impeccable customer service.

Some days are really hard. Some days picking up a few grocery items is an insurmountable task. The world needs more Amy’s and you are lucky that you employ this wonderful person Pick n Save. You really are.

Today I had a grocery delivery from Pick n Save. I always have my groceries delivered as to my Disability. Shannon picked my order and delivered it. I was pleasantly surprised To say the least.This was the best delivery and service I've ever had!

Shannon found all my items very quickly and never messaged me about anything as pickers in the past have done with replacing items I have ordered .I know that the items I have ordered are in stock, other pickers wouldn't want to take the time to look for them. Shannon is fabulous and I Wish I could get her always.

I feel bad for the employees. They are so short staffed. Lanes are long, people are impatient and rude. I love picknsave and their digital coupons. The pharmacy crew is always a pleasure and is always there no matter what question I may have. I wish people could be considerate when it comes to these issues. It's not the checkers fault.

I won't shop any where else. The staff is fabulous. Always smiling, and so helpful. A big shout out to Patsy, Terri; Barbara; and all of the pharmacy staff. Liz in the bakery is such an amazing cake decorator. Always a big smile on her face, and so helpful. Her cakes are fabulous!!! Great customer service!!!

Great produce and meats but can't find neopoletin frozen yogurt, bummed but such is life! Oh yes, the pharmacy staff are amazing! My first time there and they treated me like family 💖

i Needed last minute flowers for an event. Denise from floral was so helpful and managed to get me exactly what I needed and more! She was exceptional.

The reason i gave this place 5 stars is because of Kim... she works near the sushi satiation and makes the best chicken salad croissant sandwiches!!!!! Was very polite helpful and kind. Went to deli ladies there were a little standoff to help.. thank you Kim

About the only grocery store with any class in Kenosha which is why I rated 5 srars. Otherwise in comparison to lake county it rates 3 stars. Produce is fair, cleanliness is fair, selection is fair and the prices are fair/ok. Definitely ONLY ok in comparison to other Pick n Saves

Always has been A well-stocked store was very knowledgeable Clerks they are there to please now that they have been taken over by Krogers I think it's even better than it was when it was simply picknsave keep up the good work

I would like to just say... THANK YOU!!!!!! to all the brave employees who are working everyday during the pandemic to make sure our neighborhood has food to eat. I hope all your employees stay safe...

All of the employees were very friendly. Also helpful. Asking if we needed anything else and threw away r garbage 4 us. And told us to have a nice day when we were leaving.

I live right behind Pick N Save. I love coming and going to this store. Friendly customer service. Helpful bagging. And the last stop right after working at Burlington.

I'm constantly pleasantly surprised by this grocery store. Great selection and very clean. Really great salad bar, cheese selection and good prices.

The employee were very nice and they helped me fine stuff that I needed and the lady at the check out was really nice I will be going back to that store.

Clean place, rarely to busy makes for short lines. Friendly employees who are helpful. Prices aren't to bad either.

The produce selection was good. The staff were nice, but a bit robotic. The store is very inviting.

One of the nicest and cleanest stores in town. I'll actually go out of my way to shop here even though I have 2 grocery stores right by my house.

Great selection, reasonable prices, helpful employees, sandwich and salad bar delicious made in store sandwiches and they give you a $0.05 discount for every bag of your own that you bring
