Needed to find MagSafe portable chargers & knew this was the place I could definitely have a wide selection to choose from at reasonable prices! Helpful & Friendly Employees!!

The best store ever!! I walked in without an appointment with geeksquad, but they were able to helped me right away. AJ was amazing and he made sure I got the help I needed.

Super helpful with correcting an online order issue, lots of team members (Daniela and Mikey) took as long as was needed to get things right. Always helpful every time I come in as well - without being too pushy! Marquis the supervisor is always a friendly face.

I’ve always shopped at Best Buy when I lived in Chicago. Made this location my Best Buy when I moved out here and have zero complaints. Very clean and organized. Great staff. One time I did a curbside pickup (this was when that service just started) and was out there for AWHILE after checking in. Went inside to find out why, manager was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for it. Never happened again. I do store pickup almost every week or so. No problems. Highly recommend this location.

Great experience every time I shop at this location. The employees are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to offer assistance. You can tell they take pride in their store because it is always clean, organized and priced. I actually drive 30 minutes out of my way just to shop here.

Yes I was able to order my mom's birthday and it would be mailed out to her so I was it was okay.

Stopped in yesterday to purchase a Galaxy Smart Watch. Jordan answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Walked out 20 minutes later with my new watch, downloaded the Wearable app in the parking lot and was making calls 15 minutes later. Thanks for all your help!

Needed a fridge and the young lady was very helpful. Sales force should be trained on the meet and greet as I still don't know her name and she didn't ask for mine until paperwork time.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in-store, But where they shined was with their car audio and security team. I would personally recommend Karma for all ur install needs . I had him install all my door speakers and my amplifier wiring. Flawless execution.

Stopped at this location while traveling through the area because my phone screen protector was cracked and I needed to purchase a new one (with an warranty) and get it switched out. I was immediately greeted at the front of the store where I was shown where to go. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the man that ended up ringing me up. He was so helpful and kind (all the employees were) which was a pleasant surprise. I was in and out of there with a brand new screen protector in less than 15 minutes. If I’m ever traveling near this area again I will make sure to stop at this location!

It's a nice Best Buy location, the staff is very nice and helpful, plus it's right next to the Illinois border. Crossing the IL state, you're in Wisconsin and saving about half on sales tax, what's very benefits for large purchases.
