Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Stopped in for the fish fry. It was really good. The biscuits and cornbread were hot and fresh. We had an excellent waiter. His name was Jordan. I would absolutely suggest asking for him if you go in Amazing service, seems to truly care about his job and the company he’s representing. His timing was great. His attitude was great. He is patient. He knows the menu and understands what the customers are asking for. He was right on top of everything. It wasn’t just our table that he handled well, it was all of his tables.

Too bad he can’t be cloned to Hostess as well. We want it to be seated by the fireplace at the empty table, but we were told we had to sit where the person hosting assigned us-right where the bright windows were shining in our faces. Thankfully, a set of customers seated near the window, lowered the blinds for us and that helped.

The pancakes had a burnt flavor and smell to them unfortunately. Does the kitchen have the grill turned up to high or are they understaffed?

The shop was clean and they had some items on sale, but the line was very long and and there was no one helping the cashier clear it.

Our waiter made up for every unpleasant part of our visit. We would return simply based on him. I doubled my 20% tip. I wish I could’ve left it in cash.

Have you ever had French toast and fried chicken? I did for the first time, and it's delicious. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The French toast could've been a bit more crunchy on the edges. They serve country homestyle meals. There's a gift store that you have to go through in order to get in and out of the restaurant. I feel the servers need a bit more enthusiasm. Something is lacking in the handful of service I've gotten here. They start ok and then abandon ship. Don't even come to check up on how things are going, seem uninterested, etc. It's too bad because so far food has been good.

This was the first time I have visited this restaurant in 20 years! I absolutely love the atmosphere and the decor that they have! If you enjoy old style decor that's a place to go! And they definitely have good food and they have a great price! For the two of us our last visit was $33 and some odd cents. That was for a sirloin steak with green beans and corn and my girlfriend had four piece chicken with dumplings and hash browns and a strawberry lemonade and three bottles of soda! And now of course they have a store with quite a bit of merchandise!

It was very busy yet our experience at this Cracker Barrel was excellent! Our servers name was Holly and she was a total delight! As usual the food was excellent and only outdone by the service! The hostess was really great too and checkout was a breeze! We look forwards to our next visit!

Everyone is so friendly. Indiria has been our waitress a few times now and she is awesome. Food is great too.

The food was fantastic except for the cornbread muffins were dry

Amazing customer service, very delicious food, perhaps the best Cracker Barrel I’ve been in. Our host was very attentive, she was very fast and helpful. The food was served within minutes of ordering it. Grandpas country fried breakfast is still my favorite. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff.

Always a joy to bring the family to one of these locations. My wife in particular loves to come here to bring our boys to browse the general store.

Good ol' country cookin' at reasonable prices, always clean/sanitized venue with a friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere.

Locations seem to be always located right off of an interstate hwy which is always good for tourists and/or ppl just passing thru.

Never grows old and pretty much always look forward to dining in when wifey mentions she wants to eat here.

We are repeat offenders when it comes to Cracker Barrel so we are accustomed to the 3 areas mentioned above. And on our last visit not only were our expectations met but we received multiple follow-up checks from both our server and greeter. Felt even more at home!!! Nice touch. Keep up the great work!

We enjoy many of the dishes at Cracker Barrel and one of my favorites was always the chicken fried chicken. Recently they have replaced the usual piece of chicken with what amounts to breast piece of the regular fried chicken. That might not sound like a big deal but the cut of chicken in not the same and I wish they’d return to the thinner and larger piece of chicken for this dinner. The meal is still good but now I might as well order their fried chicken! And those of us who love the chicken fried chicken dinner know there is a difference!

The best “comfort food” ever! When I am hungry for something that makes you feel like home…. I go to Cracker Barrel. I am never disappointed! The food was delicious. The service was great…. friendly, helpful, and fast. I also love all the candy and fun stuff in the store. I will always recommend Cracker Barrel Old Country Store!

We order the blueberry pancakes and strawberry cheesecake pancakes both were delicious. But what made it better was the service, our server Desmond was very attentive, amazing customer service.

Great food, great prices, staff is fantastic! We tried the new Chicken and French Toast and it was so good we came back the next day and had it again!

We are on are date night staying at the Best Western hotel and decided to go to the Cracker Barrel for dinner the food was awesome and I like the gift shop

Jessica was the nicest server we have had, she helped us get what it was we wanted to keep it at the price we were looking at. and still getting a great deal, held off our order a little, as I wanted to shop. I love their cloths, but could use more smalls in their women size. Always find something.

Our waitress was terrific. It was an extremely busy day and our waitress handled all the customers beautifully and with a smile. Great job! And yes, the food was great, as always.

My mom and I visited this Cracker Barrel yesterday and I have to say I love this place. We were seated immediately and had a very nice waitress Diana. We had the new cheesecake pancake that is advertised. It had good flavor but I wished there was more cream cheese spread. We ordered over medium eggs but the majority of our eggs were hard. Otherwise the food was good. I hope to be back soon.

I always leave with a full and happy stomach. I thought the fried chicken was my favorite until I tried the maple bacon grilled chicken. So darn delicious, the absolute best! 🤤😋

Everything we ordered tasted fantastic, with large portions. Friendly and attentive waitress. The food was brought out in a timely manner, put together with care and looked appealing.

Warm, cozy, and inviting. Great atmosphere for families and friends. Comfort food that always hits the spot, highly recommend for a comfy family luncheon.

Great choices and huge portions. I always have leftovers when dining here. Our server was very accurate and friendly. As usual the meal was delicious!
