Famous footwear is very good for footware purchases. Wide range of footwear available Footwear are at reasonable cost and branded.

Only place I could find Converse for my kid! 3 stores prior to this one had only a small size selection and the kind she wanted was not in any. This store had a lot of different types, happy kid, happy mom!

Every time I shop here I find good shoes at a fair price that are comfortable. Also I like the rewards program that you get through their app. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. I like that if they're out of a size they can order it for you and ship it directly to your home and will take only a few days for you to receive it.

Staff was super helpful! I was looking for something very specific that I couldn't find in store, but the staff made some great recommendations and even tried to find what I needed online. I really appreciate that level of service. Even when we couldn't find it through famous footwear, they sent me to competitor that had it. They were more concerned with helping me than making a sale, so they will be the next place I go when I need new shoes!

The manager was great, very helpful in fixing a ball drop by the company on an online order. I would recommend going to the actual store it is 5/5. The online retailer -1/5, the shoes ordered #1 were not the size ordered, #2 not the style ordered #3 not mens shoes as ordered but women's. Thankfully the manager of the brick and mortar shop was great and tho they were out of stock on the shoes we ordered he replaced what we received via the online order with a higher priced option for no extra charge.

I purchased a pair of sneakers about 30 days ago for work, wore them only at work inside the building. The sneakers cost me 75.00, they hurt my feet to the point it hurt me to walk. After calling Famous Foot wear to ask about the policy on returning them for an exchange, I went to the store today. Was treated with great customer service and courtesy, the young lady helped me find a pair that was made alittle different and fit what I needed them for. She exchanged my sneakers with no question or hesitation, my sneakers were like new and only worn inside. . Great Customer Service!! I will buy sneakers thru Famous Foot Wear again!!

I went in looking for work shoes, But not your average work shoes. I go more towards the running shoe style for work because of the comfort. I was greeted by Joe and he was very professional and very helpful. Wanted to make sure I found something that would be comfortable. I went with a Nike Tanjun and Joe actually seems to really care about helping people. I go through shoes at work every 2 months and I will be back. This will be my new shoe store.
