The service in any Game Stop is top rated. Always a sale or promo going on.

The day before…I was greeted by a incredibly friendly associate named Liz and renewed my pro rewards account status and was told I could download GameStops mobile app. After doing so I ran into complications with my account regarding my password. I ran into an issue receiving my email for a password reset. After being left on hold multiple times for multiple hours by GameStop customer service I was ready to give up… The next day I decided to stop back in to see if they could resolve the issue in store. This time not only was I welcomed in the store and greeted by a stellar team (including Liz) I was told to call the customer service number one more time. While I was waiting for an answer I was informed about great buys involving Pokémon cards and Pop! figurines. As the call was answered I received great customer service by a representative who quickly resolved my issue. I’ve got to say this store really knows how to run a business and knows how to provide stellar service through a thorough knowledge and positive outlook on helping customers. This staff made my day a blast with their stellar attitude and I was super pleased with the light this team imbued on my day. I see GameStop being at the top in gaming one day again based off of these results. I look forward to coming back to this store again and again.

Store was well set up, and we'll stocked. Staff was friendly but did claim they were all new. Even then was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. Had a great variety of games and accessories, set up well for new releases and preorders.

Went in today to hopefully get the new dead island for my system unfortunately they didn’t have it but Ryan was helpful and I was at least able to get it for my fiancés system definitely recommend him he’s awesome also became a new pro member which is sweet!

I love the Gamestop in Bangor! They always have great deals on games and every few months they have a big sale that is definitely worth going to. I've gotten brand new gaming shirts for as low as $7 and there are always a ton to choose from. There are also accessories, plushies, figurines and so much more you never know what you'll find. This Gamestop has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff too. The store is a little on thebsmall side but they have never made me feel like I'm being intensely watched like some stores. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Im old. Not a gamer. Entered for a gift. Gentleman behind counter was awesome. Took what I asked for and ran with it. Offered assistance telling me what is newer, what's more popular for my recipients age group (6). I could not have been more impressed! What a wonderful employee!!

This GameStop has been here forever. Wonder little spot that has a TON of nerdy stuff inside it. Staff are lovely too.

The staff at this store are always friendly, and greet you if they aren't in the middle of helping other customers. The shelves are neat and orderly, the floor is generally clean and the store is well lit. The staff are also very knowledgeable about the games, and have been great, in my experience, at telling you whether a game is worth your time, and if it isn't they are often able to give a good alternative recommendation instead.

The guys & gals here are always really nice, helpful, & are super chill. They've got a good selection of games as well as accessories & knick knacks for those that dig that fancy stuff. I tend to go to this store as opposed to the mall location due to it being a smidge less out of my way.. that & Papa John's is a stone's throw away..

I don't come here often. I mostly just come here when my roommate or fiancee want to go. However they do seem to have tons of options. The staff are always willing to greet you and are very funny. They make you instantly feel at ease. They have games that I've never even thought of them having. They also have used games that are a little cheaper but are all in good condition. They also have gaming console and will have a detailed conversation with you about all the benefits. However they will also tell you the downfalls of everything so that you get the one that's best for your needs.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the gaming selections. Helped me trade in and order online and had my game sent to my home within just a few days. Thanks GameStop!!

The staff are great, the selection is amazing, they're competitively priced, and they take time to listen to your questions and concerns about products. They always have something worth looking at, whether you're new to gaming and looking for a good place to start, or you're a veteran gamer looking for your next adventure. Huge Selection Of Funkal pops. No chases but Great deal on buy a bag for 4.99 and anything I could fit in the bag was 20% off everything. Friendly staff and very help full and informative.

My boys love this store. It costs me too much money but they have so much fun with the games they play.

The Staff are very friendly and attentive to their customers, and their knowledge of different games are vast. I go there often so when I need something different to play they don't hesitate to give me good options to try.
