Believe in the reviews ! My family bought three bikes from Chris and Mary who were astoundingly knowledgeable and better yet down to earth and an amazing caring couple. They didn’t sell us a bike they sold us a dream that if this world was genuine like Chris and Mary the world would be in good business! They deserve more than five star’s and highly recommended. I recently discovered this great bike shop, and it exceeded all expectations. Chris, the owner, had a passion for cycling and created a warm and personalized shopping experience. The shop had a well-curated selection of bikes and accessories and was extremely fairly priced.

Chris’ expertise was invaluable in guiding us to the right choice for our needs. The personal touch and attention to detail made us feel like more than just a customer. I am glad to have met Chris who had extensive knowledge to help guide us in buying the perfect bike at a stellar price. In return I got to support a local business with a true love for cycling and someone who values their customer. Highly recommend Voltage Bikes.

Chris and Mary were so very helpful with my first e-bike purchase! I bought a Velotric from them because they explained all the benefits of the bike and helped me find an e-bike that suited my riding style. Their shop is clean and organized and they allowed me to take the bike out and test drive it around a park near by the store. I felt confident I was buying the right investment through them. Such kind and professional people working there. 11/10 would highly recommend if you're new to the e-bike community!

We just bought a Pace 500 from Voltage, and I can't say enough about how positive an experience it was. Chris and Mary were wonderful! They spent a lot of time with us explaining about the different bikes, answering questions, and encouraging our test rides. I felt no pressure to buy- they just have a passion for e-bikes and want to share it. And they are just super friendly folks! I'm so glad we found this shop. I highly recommend it!

Voltage bikes is a great store. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful with our purchase of an e bike from them. Pete was very friendly and took the time to go over the entire bike with my son’s girlfriend before we left the store. We highly recommend this business.

They were able to match us up with the perfect bikes for our use, age and fit. They also have us valuable information on various trails, bike tours and accommodations. After researching e-bikes and visiting many stores, I ended up at VOLTAGE BIKES, the best place to make a purchase. Chris and Mary were so helpful from making a decision, to making sure the bike was set up perfectly before I left, to providing help even after the purchase. My bike is my happy place. First of all I wanna start with how amazing the customer service was at voltage bikes. The man I talked to was so wonderful. The bikes were amazing and it’s such a beautiful area to ride them around. It’s great for family, a fun date, or just a nice way to get outside and explore. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Trust the reviews! Chris and Mary were unbelievable to work with. I never felt pressured, and they did everything they could to help me make an informed decision. Two weeks after our initial purchase, we came back for another!

After doing a ton of research and getting a personal recommendation to check Voltage E Bikes I am very glad we did. Chris is extremely responsive from my first email to our visit to the shop. Definitely no pressure sales pitch, lots of time to ask questions and learn. They sell GOOD QUALITY e-bikes not off brands. We purchased an e-bike for my wife, Chris took time to explain the bike fully, teach my wife about riding it and all the controls. Then encouraged us to take a test ride around the area near the shop. It has only been a week and we have put many miles behind us already. In fact, ended up right back in Washington Crossing two days later for 14 miles of exploring the canal. If you want a bike and a company to support you and the bike, this is your place. You will feel like you’re shopping with a friend and not dealing with a salesperson.

This shop and its owners are by far the best! Chris and Mary are absolutely fantastic people. Extremely nice! Extremely knowledgeable! Extremely patient! You can tell they have a passion for what they do. Long story short, my girlfriend and I had some issues from a different shop which is where we originally bought the bikes. That didn’t matter to Chris and Mary. They took us in and worked hard to resolve our issues. They without a doubt went above and beyond to get them straightened out. On top of that, the crew there do an amazing job on the bikes. If you’re looking for a shop to go please don’t hesitate to come here. You will be glad you did. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and Mary at Voltage Bikes! If you’re looking to purchase an ebike, you don’t want to go anywhere else other than Voltage Bikes. Owners Chris and Mary are wonderful people who truly care about you and your experience with your bike. Unfortunately we purchased our bikes from a different shop, the bikes had issues - Chris and Mary went WAY above and beyond to make it right for us even though we didn’t purchase the bikes from their store (wish we had!) also, their mechanic Ed who works on the bikes is great and got our bikes in perfect shape for riding! They all are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and we couldn’t be more thankful for everything they did for us! Go to Voltage bikes, you won’t regret it

Chris and his wife, Mary (owners) are excellent to work with. Top notch customer service, great atmosphere, haggle free purchasing. I was looking for a hard to find model, and they had exactly what I wanted ready for me in a couple of days.

If you are looking to rent e-bikes in the area, this is the place to go!! Due to a local well known shop not having sufficient availability for their e-bikes, we stumbled upon Voltage Bikes. So happy we did- great bikes, great prices, owner was super friendly and accommodating. We will be coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited Voltage E Bikes because we were interested in upgrading my old E-Bike, which was bought online. Chris and Mary let us take a several different bikes out into the Washington Crossing State Park to test them out thoroughly. They educated us about the different bikes and their capabilities. I bought a Velotric Discover 1, and was pleased with it. Unfortunately, the 4th time out, the bike refused to turn on. Kudos to Chris and Velotric for resolving this problem quickly for me! I ended up with a new replacement bike. I have ridden the new bike many times and many miles this summer and couldn’t be happier with it. I recommend buying an e bike from Voltage E Bikes where you can try it out, and take it back to for maintenance or repair. Chris and Mary are good people who will stand behind the bikes they sell.

From the first moment I met Chris and Mary, I felt comfortable with their knowledge of ebikes. They guided me to buy the Velotric Thunder which is perfect for me---lightweight at 35 lbs, enough battery for long rides, and at the perfect price point!

My wife & I rented 2 Ebikes from Voltage Bikes in Washington Crossing, Pa. a few weeks ago. We did the 15 mile trip to New Hope & back. Thats all it took to fall in love with these things! We knew right away that we needed to save up some money to purchase two in the near future. Last weekend we pulled the trigger & purchased a beautiful Velotric Discover for my wife. And she absolutely LOVES it! Hopefully we can save up enough to buy the Velotric Nomad for me, that is now on my Christmas list! :) I strongly suggest to anyone, who has had the slightest desire to purchase an Ebike, to go rent one for the day or just pull the trigger & buy one! They are a blast! My wife & I are both 56 yrs old, and it has gotten us back out on the trails. The moment I drove one I felt like a little kid again at Christmas, lol! I promise it will bring a smile to your face. And if your looking for a place to rent one, TEST RIDE one, or just buy one, I would highly recommend Voltage Bikes. They have a big selection of Aventon, Magicycle, & Velotric bikes to choose from. Chris & Mary(husband & wife), own & operate the store. They will surely help you pick out the perfect bike for you that won't hurt your budget! Ask for a FREE test drive! There is no obligation. And they don't pressure you at all. But be prepared to buy one, because you will probably fall in love with one after riding it, LOL!
