If you are in need of a computer repair, G2 Computers is the place to go.

I have a twenty-seven inch 2019 iMac that crashed all the time. I reformatted the drive, updated the system software. Added back programs one at a time. Ran it in safe mode.

Crash! Crash! Crash!

I finally took the computer to G2 Computers and left it there. I had resigned myself to the idea that my machine was destined for the scrap heap. They kept the machine for two weeks. I called every three or four days. Jitu, the owner kept telling me, "let us try one more thing." They tried everything.

Then they got it to work. It ran flawlessly at their shop for four days straight.

I picked it up and it's been running non-stop for four weeks. I keep it on 24/7 as it's my media server for the house.

I can't tell you how happy I am with their service. They know computers. They will get you up and running ASAP.

I give them 5 Stars!

I've been to G2 twice for MacBook repairs and can highly recommend them as professional and "no hassle." All issues are clearly explained and prices are reasonable.

I took my sons iPad in see if they could remove a portion of the charger that broke and got stuck inside the port. A friendly gentleman was able to remove the piece that was stuck and did not charge me for the service. I highly recommend them for your needs. Outstanding customer service and extremely helpful and kind.

Great place for your Mac needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are the same as the big guys so why not support a local business where you can actually get help from a friendly human being when you need it? The bottom line is that if the local community doesn't support local businesses they won't be here when we need them and these folks are certainly worth supporting.

The team at G2 handled a recent issue I had amazingly. It’s good to see some companies still care about customer service. When an unexpected issue occurred with the iPhone they were repairing, they worked with me to come to a very reasonable and accommodating solution. Had a problem with my MacBook Pro today that AppleCare couldn't help with over the phone. Having had a poor prior result with the Apple store in the past, they directed me to G2 and they fixed the problem in minutes and I was on my way with my computer fixed! Nice guy and it only took him a couple of minutes and he was closer than the Apple Store!!!

I went to G2 Computers because my local Apple Store in Quaker Bridge wasn't doing any repairs at all because of this omicron variant going around.

When I called Apple Support, she told me that I can either go to G2 Computers in Washington Crossing, or go to the Apple store in Cherry Hill. I decided to go to G2 because it was local and a 20 minute drive from my house.

At first, after I left my MacBook Pro with G2, I was a little hesitant because I didn't know if they were going to charge me for anything besides the repairs with my speakers since I have AppleCare on there. (They didn't charge me) When I first dropped it off for repair, the gentleman told me as long as there is no water damage, you will be just fine.

My overall experience with this company is that they are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, and are always willing to help you. It was so easy to walk in the door and drop off your computer for work. It took several days to get the parts, which is understandable, and everything was wiped out on my Mac which they warned me about. Luckily for me I had a backup drive to get everything back on. It usually takes 6 business days to fix the computer anyway. That's pretty reasonable.

I definitely recommend this place for any work to be done on your computer. You can walk in and more than likely, I guarantee you they will squeeze you in.

There are many that say we should shop local. G2 is one of these reasons. G2 is passionate about making sure that you are set to succeed. Computers always have issues and G2 has the service that you need. They are knowledgeable and to the point! No more Apple Store for me...I would even pay a little more to get the service they provide!

My dad and I dropped in to get an ipad this past Christmas, and our experience was fantastic! Very knowledgeable staff, they explained everything we needed to know and we felt like we bought exactly what we set out to get. 10/10 would recommend!

Just one of the best small business Mac shops. You get "real" expert care from a team that actually cares about you and not just your computer.

Normally I take all of my Apple devices to the Apple store. I have not been using local authorized dealers like G2. A local friend of mine highly recommends them and I decided to finally give them my business.

I am highly impressed with their honesty and their tireless work in figuring out the problem with my Mac.

I bought RAM myself and I installed it. Apparently one of those RAM sticks was bad. They found the problem and replaced the stick. I was really impressed with how affordable all of this was. My Mac was no longer under AppleCare and I was glad that it didn’t cost me a lot.

If you are local and have an Apple product or need peripherals, G2 is the place to go.

Because of Covid, my local Apple center wasn't doing Genius Bar or repairs...and I was pretty sure I needed a new MacAir (I did). Apple offered other locations to purchase so I opted for a local small business, G2 Computers, instead of driving 40 minutes for pick up..and needing complete transfer from backup etc. Being spoiled by Apple...I was hesitant. However, my experience with Jason at G2 was smooth as silk ...I felt very assured. The purchase price was no different than the Apple store. I paid them $99 to transfer my backup to the new unit (fair price) and he installed the latest updated Microsoft suite (I paid for the software). Jason ensured (with me) that I had all my important Apple-Google-etc id's, log-ins, etc entered and checked...before I left. The shop was pretty busy when I was there. They are virtually a little satellite Apple shop. Whereas Apple may slide certain smaller things through without charges ...G2 has to charge for services. That's fine. Apple charges for repairs and support too so it all levels out. Very satisfied customer. Thanks to Jason for making it so.

My daughter's iPhone broke (screen cracked and quickly got worse) and I called the protection plan #. They told me to go to make an appt. to have it fixed at Best Buy, but Best Buy did not have any appts. available for several days & my daughter really needed her phone fixed (teenager, so she would die without it). So they gave me the info. for G2 Computers as a certified Apple repair shop. G2 was able to give me a time to bring the phone that same day. They fixed the phone & had it ready the following day. Their customer service was great & I would use them again. In fact, I preferred going to a small business instead of Best Buy.

I came to G2 with a iPad Mini headphone port jammed with a broken headphone piece . I didn’t realize I needed an appointment but Hansa (spelling?) took me immediately anyway. She was friendly and professional.
She took my device down to her technician and he did the work on the spot. They were super friendly and accommodating. I will continue to use G2 for my Apple product servicing needs!

I was having a meltdown about my "mail" program on my MacBook Pro. I thought I had deleted my "inbox." First, I called Apple support and they just informed me that they don't support my computer or software anymore. RIDICULOUS. But at least they recommended the folks at G2 near me. I called, and the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and said that they could for sure try to help - I just had to bring in my computer. I was worried about the timing of how long they would keep my computer. I went to the store and a very personable staffer looked at my screen- did a quick scan of my mail program and she resolved the problem immediately. I have resolved that my next Apple purchase will for sure be from this store!
