Stopped in to purchase cleaning supplies! My Easy-Off oven cleaner was damaged. I was at the self-checkout lane. Nancy was manning the lanes. She took care of the damaged Easy-Off can So, I didn't have to take it up to Customer Service desk myself! I appreciated that very much! You ROCK Nancy!!

A dear friend of my works in the deli and let me tell you from what I see she runs circles around every body else that works there she deserves a big raise if you had that type of quality workers in your whole store krogers would have all of Columbus shopping there please. At least pat her on her back and tell her thank you and her name is Kathryn she is the best in that department

Stopped in for last minute Thanksgiving shopping. The store was packed, but I picked the right lane. Robin and Chase got me in and out with a smile. Great Team work and positive attitudes. Thanks for doing an excellent job!

I've been coming to this store for quite a few years now. I like this store we get all our meds here. The staff are all very polite. But I hate when the store layout is changed. I know exactly where something is when the layouts changed I have to learn it all over.

My husband's family refer to Kroger (Eakin Rd) as the King Kroger. Because we see a few of them there periodically 😂. We laugh every time we go there.

But anyway very polite staff. Clean store good sales not as many sales as in previous years. But overall I like this store everybody's got their own opinion on things I can't speak for others but I like it.

I happened to be across town and googled Kroger’s. I almost looked for another store because the reviews were sort of bad. I was surprised to find it to be quite nice. I asked the guy in meat department a question about sirloin for stroganoff. The Meat manager happened to be nearby and offered to cut the sirloin into pieces for stroganoff. He actually gave me a much nicer grade for same price. Everyone was friendly. 5 ⭐ Shout out to Meat manager.

Even though currently going trough a major remodel/floorset change, they are upbeat, charismatic, engaging and caring. Conveniently located at an intersection with more than one entrance, they are quite accessible in the southwest shopping center at Eakin and Harrisburg Pike. Personally, I feel this store could be larger due to the number of customers, and now even more products and inventory. However, it works. The employees don't just treat the customer as such, but as a guest and that's, to me, most important.

I always enjoy shopping at this location. I grew up in the area so this has always been my home away from home as far as stores. I don't enjoy when they move things around in the store because I'm used to where tho us used to be but I notice that it's more for our convenience.

This review is solely about Michael in the Money Center! He was so patient and helpful. He took a situation I have been dealing with for several months now and fixed it in minutes. On a Friday mind you. He also used the opportunity to teach me what to look for in the future so I do not have these problems again. I just want to say THANK YOU again Michael! #GiveThatGuyARaise

Older store but staff friendly and helpful. Homeless people do wander the area looking for handouts. Colder weather should cut the homeless problem down as they will need to move on.

The store is always clean, neat and organized. The selection of fresh produce is excellent!! I have also always had staff members that were helpful and polite!!

Really no problem here, went back to return molded dip and customer service was AWESOME . They were out of dip but we were able to grab other stuff and pay the difference...

Comfortable environment. I can shop with my disabled son. I have favorite cashiers that learned his name and always speak.

This store has changed so much. As a customer I really appreciate how the staff greets and helps the customers this has changed dramatically in the last 6 months
